Surgical hair transplantation involves harvesting healthy hair follicles. 'Graft' is the standard term for any strip of skin containing hair. Grafts can be taken from anywhere on the body; however, they are typically selected from the occipital scalp (the donor zone, found on the posterior scalp). This is due to the high sustainability of that region. Technology, tools, and surgical approaches determine the size and shape of the graft. Hair grafts are formed by removing tissue from the donor site. The objective is to remove a small amount of tissue that can grow hair and transplant it to an area of the scalp that can't. The tissue containing hair can be removed from the donor area either in a strip all at once (Follicular Unit Transplantation, FUT) or in individual units one at a time (Follicular Unit Extraction, FUE).

Where is the before and after results with the hair transplant? The guy in the video has a fancy wig temporary glued to his head. Some guy did a video a few years back wearing a cheesy wig. He said he liked the hair club for men results, but he could not afford to do it long term. He claimed it was $5,000.00 first time process and then it was $2000.00 every 2 months to replace the wig. Now women that have hair loss are forced to do the wigs/weaves, but a bald guy doesn't. Just clip it or shave it.
