Dude... I wish I could super like this video. First forged object I've seen in a long time that had me completely baffled at how it was made, bravo. Very well put together video too, I'll be honest here, I actually got so invested, I got a bit emotional at that last shot. I almost teared up when you were tucking it away with your other little forged treasures.
Your channel rocks! Your style, Your humour, you're one of the best out there! And you're a million times better than that other steele forging channel...
I have not seen the video yet, but I just wanted to say that I am really excited about you uploading a new video and I really looking forward to see it! You are a awesome blacksmith!
That’s really cool. Not how I would’ve guessed. I was a bit confused at first when he was making custom tools and fixtures.. lol Personally I would’ve tried making the inner spiral first, then forming the outer spiral around it manually by just bending them into place and then twisting it. My way would probably work too.. with my method you could have the inside spiral only attached at one end which would be cool. If I ever got enough practice at blacksmithing I’d like to try this.
It's projects like this that are quickly setting you apart from the rest of us smiths. Fantastic work, Tim.
I need this on top of a staff so I can look like Gandalf
Or shazam
Or put it as a rapier basket
@@3npitsu992 I was thinking that too
Bro yes!
That is about the only application I can think of this.
0:53 You now have an unbreakable phone.
Nokia last release
Ahh, yes... The Nokia 2K20 edition.
I thought he was making a phone for a while there and was confused how that was leading to the twist thing.
the forbidden corded phone of hotness
Blake beat me by four months. It's the forbidden phone.

New to the channel, going through some back catalogue... This is really cool. Love the pile of "stuff I made because it was hard" at the end.
