I make my own mayonnaise all the time, and I NEVER use toxic table salt, I always use Celtic sea salt or Himalayan pink salt (ground) ...,I do use table salt, but only to KILL weeds
Great video Ralph! I use my stick blender to make hollandaise sauce. It’s so easy and never fails. I’ve made mayo once. Does this taste like miracle whip, or non sweet mayo?
I can appreciate that, I don't use it often myself. But if you're ever going to do a cookout, it adds a nice touch. With the pasteurized egg, I found that it kept in the fridge a little longer, but if you don't use it often, that might not help.
Looking good. Ty for the info and recipe.
Hey Chuck, always love to hear from you. This recipe turns out great.
Thank you so much for this recipe. I had been looking for this exactly.
I'm glad to help. Thanks for watching.
I used a repurposed straight-sided olive jar to make perfect mayo every time. We use the same Gunter-approved recipe!
I was looking for a jar like that to use for the video, but didn't have one on hand.
Great recipe! It adds to my own knwoledge. I love "mayonesa casera" (homemade mayonnaise). Safer with your recommendations.

Wondering why kosher salt WOULD NOT work. I use pink Himalayan as well but I can’t figure out why the other would fail. Just pondering.
As Crazy as the price of Mayonnaise these day are..... I'm trying that...
Using avacado oil, it's about $3 a cup. But much, much healthier.
@@teresasalisbury4748 Costco will get you a lot more
my family thought it taste a lot better than store bought.
Gonna save this in my carnivore folder. Simple!
You can also use butter and bacon fat. Great recipes out there from the carnivore community. ❤
I'd do this in a heartbeat, but I just don't use mayo enough to justify it.
