This Dentist has done wonderful job. He is a highly skilled craftsman too.
Truly beautiful, Artistic, yet sadly this is unrealistic, normally you'd reduce the occlusion after drawing the anatomy so patients feel comfort which means wiping out some of this art
You can use articulating paper before isolation so you can have an idea of what the patient oclussion is and build the restoration based on the marks left by the paper, the reduction of the composite will be less or even no reduction at all. There are plenty of articles about this topic.

You’ll be surprised how often yo won’t need to adjust once your anatomy skills get better with practice. Just like crowns have anatomy and little adjustment.

looks like that's international problem... I'm dentist from Ukraine, and here most of my colleagues don't want to save teeth too, but it's even worse because most of patients also don't want to save them and very often I can't persuade them otherwise😬

V-ring system gives a better contour and tighter contact. In my opinion. Very nice work. Much more difficult in a live person. Proper isolation and moisture control to get that same result in the mouth. Even with a dental damn!

Это только за границей ,а у нас просветили водой прополоскали ,пломбу поставили .хорошо если месяцев 6-7 продержится .А пломба как цемент при мне замещал и положил .

I just had a tooth pulled today. Missing 2 on the bottom. Rest of my teeth are ok so I'm gonna get two implants but this was pretty interesting.

..and then both hygienists need a recall exam and the patient isn’t numb enough and salivating through the damn and then the gingival does spaz out bleeding. Great example of practicing something, but you don’t earn your money on a dentoform😅

I Had done RCT just my dentist's suggestion, totally flop my both teeth have severe pain till now,just give antibiotics n painkiller, finally I changed dentist.Moral- Never do RCT without pain.
