I am not a dental student, yet I'm here. So, hello to any and all dental students! Good luck, you got this! And not all kids are scared of you! I loved my Dentist!
Thanks for the video. As you mentioned that composite is light cured in 2 mm increments. But in the video, while making marginal ridges, the whole composite is cured. Thank you.
I think he did, I think the contour of the matrix band is casting a slight shadow on the internal surface of that matrix making it appear as if there is a gap along the gingival margin
@@1108steeveee look at the difference between the mesial and the distal. On the distal it's well adapted. That's how it should look on the mesial as well. If that was a real patient he couldn't floss properly in the space between the molar and premolar cause the floss would hang and in time the risk of dislocating the obturation could appear.
@@1108steeveee Yep, that's exactly what I was refering to :D if he used the probe in the area you would've noticed. Nvm I'm not here to argue with people. Good luck to everyone 🤗
Thanks .. can you write the names of the whole used instrumen that apeared in the begining of the vedio because i dont know it .. Please doctor with my respect that will be very happy
I don't care what these co😮opposites are made of [nanoparti les, hybrids,etc.]. They are inaccurate in class twos, as there are microchips. There will be recurrent decay, as well as fractures. This is a case of the dental materials industry fooling the dentists. Remember how the pharmaceutical industry fooled the physicians concerning pain medication. Hey folks, it's only teeth, not your life that you will lose.
Less post op sensitivity. If you chose to do a total etch start with the enamel periphery, moving in to the dentin as you apply etch. The etch does not need to be on the dentin for as long.

Nice work. As a side note, you said 15 blade. The curved scalpel is actually a 12
thanks, you are totally correct :)
Thanks, Dr. Banna!
That really explains it
my dentist said it's getting harder to get into dental school. he's 31 with his own practice haha. to the student reading this comment you got this!
That was great doctor, tnx
Very nice job thanks
I like it
Very nice video
You didn t adapt the matrix to the tooth in the mezial part. You'll get excess material there. Good occlusal anatomy though.
magnifying glasses and microscope is only used to make patients think ur a pro dentist :D thats the words of my dental collegue lmao

Is total etch better
Amazing work Sir 😊
How did you place both rings at the same time
12 blade is dangerous to to use to remove flash, their are proper tools to remove flash that don’t risk cutting the patient
Why did you chooses selective etch technique
Depending of generation of bond
Fine
♥️

I had this today on two teeth... How long does it lasts as it is quite Costly?
It can last over 2 decades if done right. The rest is up to you

Not microchips, it's micro_spaces. There will be leakage.
Thank you❤
Thanks man
Whats the benefits of enamel only etch compared to a total etch?
Less post op sensitivity. If you chose to do a total etch start with the enamel periphery, moving in to the dentin as you apply etch. The etch does not need to be on the dentin for as long.
Etch also comes in different concentrations so you can adapt.
@@bowen11 thankyou
YOU NEGLECT C FACTOR ?
Beautiful work... thanks for sharing this video
Thank you, very helpful... but you are wasting a lot of material.
Im not afraid anymore ok ok ok i got this
Make more video like these thanks
Could you tell us the name of this composite !! (The type)

no wonder why soda rots teeth (phosporic acid.. same as in the etchant!)
Yeah but dental etch is over 35%. Most soda is citric acid
