Will it wear off if your tank is RC?

It will work as on real tracks - portions on protruding areas will wear off showing metal, nooks an crannies will remain coloured. Chris

Depends on the size of tracks, fluid has given potency and can blacken a given amount of surface. So you can try and it can work, if not than it's spent.

Is it a one time use fluid?

You can use it till it stops blackening your tracks. Big tracks - quicker potency loss, small tracks more use.
