I'm really glad to have found your You tube channel. You materials definitely enhance building a model in greater detail. I am in the process of of getting a new airbrush and adding supplementary supplies. I'm in the Pacific Northwest USA, would it be better to order from your two distributors in USA or direct from UK. Also I noticed " pigments" can you explain how they are used. Thanks for your help.

Hi again and thanks a lot fro commenting! We are actually based in Poland and you can get the supplies really fast via airmail. While US distributors are fine, they don't always have all the products in stock, if this is the case you can use our store, works fast and efficiently. Pigments are used to weather our models. Can be used as they are (powder) or mixed with binders to produce countless effects. On our product pages you will find pictures, texts and videos - videos are with captions but we will be voicing them soon. Please always view our pages on computer (not mobile) to see the full versions with all the information www.vms-supplies.com/spot-on-pigments and www.vms-supplies.com/pigment-expert-picker while on these pages click the pictures of bottles or jars to see a wealth of information. :) happy modelling, Chris

Hey VMS... Love you products but unfortunately my Liquid Mask has coagulated within the bottle... Has never been opened and stored in a drawer... Is there anyway we can reconstitute it..??

Hi Eddy, The product has a shelf life of 1-2 years depending on storage conditions. If the mask is still in liquid form, just thicker, you can reconstitute it with ammonia water solution. If it became solid then it's game over. Kind regards, Chris

That happened to me with every liquid mask bottle I bought, no matter the brand lol. And once you open it, it gets solid super fast inside the bottle.

Yes, it's vital we cap them fast after use. Happy modelling, Chris
