    That nostalgic moment when you realize that this video helped you tie your tie in senior year prom 4 years ago, at a time when you didn't even know AOM, unlike now, when you're a regular viewer of AOM.

    Haven’t worn a tie in 20 years. Have a family wedding this weekend. Put on a tie and wondered if I would remember how to tie a half- Windsor. Piece of cake. Like riding a bike, I guess. Like it better than a full Windsor.

    This is a great video - especially since he reversed the image to reflect your own image (like a mirror). It works for me every single time. Of course you have to adjust for height and size, but this tie knot works and is handsome. Thanks for this post; don't ever take it away. Art of Manliness - you are incredible.

    • @FromCanadaMarco98
      @FromCanadaMarco98 7 років тому +2

      Christ. I know this is 2 years ago, and I don't know your relationship with your manager but please I strongly recommend you do stuff like this in the future. This sort of stuff is absolutely necessary to know how to do in an office environment, and asking your supervisor to help you essentially finish dressing yourself for work is very unprofessional. Lots of resources on other items like this out there as well if you need, cheers mate.

    Excellent video. I successfully tied this knot the first time. Now I never have to tie it again because I never untie my ties; I loosen them and slip them off. Also I learned today the purpose of a necktie: With this nice fat knot on it, you don't have to button the top button of your shirt.

    Yay! I finally know how to tie a tie. People make it sound hard, but it was actually pretty simple in this case. My tie's thick though, so the triangle isn't prominent. It's also very long on me...probably because it's a man's...lol
