This video helped so much, I’m going to my girlfriends graduation and I’ve never tied a tie before so I was in a panic that I wasn’t going to look good in front of her parents. very easy steps to follow as well 10/10
Some comments say it took a bit long. I however say that because you held each step for me to look at, I FINALLY could see and understand the "mechanism" of how the knot operates. I have only watched it once but feel pretty good that because I understand how the mechanics of it work (slides, shaping, etc), I have a higher chance of retaining it in my memory. I have NEVER tied a tie for someone (those I lived with all seemed to know how to!) but I am looking forward to wearing a necktie as an accessory to my outfits and so wanted to learn. Thank you for being a darn good teacher.
I’m going to my friends wedding in like 20 minutes and last time I tried to tie a tie I was there for a half hour trying but your video just saved the day and I got it first try🙏🏼🙏🏼
most people learning how to tie for: interview first day at work party wedding me: having a harry potter robe that needs a tie and learning how to tie one at 4am
@UnTypical Guy Well, some of them are much more interested in teaching gender fluidity and sensitivity courses. Tying a knot sounds too patriarchal for them.
I'm really grateful for this video. As someone who grew up without a father figure, I wasn't taught essential things like this. So, I'm now going to a Christmas gathering for work and our partners, and I can confidently wear my suit. Thanks for sharing this!
my friend was struggling to tie a tie today for our choir contest. he was trying to learn from a video on youtube. at first i roasted him but then i tied it for him the way my dad taught me. when i was tying his tie remember his dad passed away when he was younger so he probably never had anyone to teach him. i lowkey started to tear up because i’m a weenie
Who gives a shit if his dad died or not you'd be a big asshole for roasting anyone for not knowing how to wear a dying accessory. Ties are not too common anymore especially among teenagers.

Just want to say thank you for making it easy to follow. I've always have trouble remembering all the steps, because I don't wear ties that often, but I have your video saved so when I need it. Once again thanks.
This video helped so much, I’m going to my girlfriends graduation and I’ve never tied a tie before so I was in a panic that I wasn’t going to look good in front of her parents. very easy steps to follow as well 10/10
your scenario is the exact same as mine today!! i hope everything went great for you.

See I don't think those ends are either "fat" or "skinny", I think they're just beautiful the way they are.
Lmfao 😂😂

can you not
Kinda hate you right now LMAO
Rlly? Does that even matter?
This is the best demonstration on UA-cam in my opinion. You helped me learn this knot by memory within twenty minutes. Thanks so much!

School needs to have a real-life relevance class that teaches us stuff like this.
Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell!
@UnTypical Guy Well, some of them are much more interested in teaching gender fluidity and sensitivity courses. Tying a knot sounds too patriarchal for them.
SK J no that's lysosomes dumbfuck
There's usually clubs for stuff like this. At our school there's one, except only for blacks.

Total opposite for me he posses me of this is frustrating
my friend was struggling to tie a tie today for our choir contest. he was trying to learn from a video on youtube. at first i roasted him but then i tied it for him the way my dad taught me. when i was tying his tie remember his dad passed away when he was younger so he probably never had anyone to teach him. i lowkey started to tear up because i’m a weenie
ok
Yo yo k
Who gives a shit if his dad died or not you'd be a big asshole for roasting anyone for not knowing how to wear a dying accessory. Ties are not too common anymore especially among teenagers.
