- So much to discuss, and so many plans, but I wanted to start with a bit of a state of the union. I am also erring on the side of speed and quantity in the short term. I say that as a caveat; I will continue to improve with every video both in usefulness and how fun and entertaining it can be but I need to make a lot to keep getting better.

The long form Timm stuff, feels like our little secret corner of the internet. I have watched it all, and enjoyed it so so much. I know very soon we will have a few million more friends over here, which is obviously fantastic in many ways, but I will always look back fondly on the time with our little secret corner, with the small comment section full of thoughtful folks.

Welcome back on youtube! One comment: people don't watch just for tutorials, they want to see you, hear what's going on, what is new, as if you were a far away friend. The key is regularity, at least one video per week. I like the ones where you just spend time with your family.
I appreciate that reminder. It's a bit overwhelming in a fun way as I think through all the opportunities here. The regularity piece will be the biggest driver in regards to what gets made here in the short term. Especially with so much time going to writing through September. I'm sure I will fumble a bit along the way but really appreciate y'all leaning in here with me :)

I hope you know that you helped change my life! Im 19 and have been a musician & artist for the past 4-5 years and have huge aspirations & goals for my career as I too want to help as many people as I can not only through my music but the platform that comes with being an artist.
