Name calling isn't that bad when it's deserved. If you insult people who don't really deserve it, that's kind of a dick move; if you insult people on their first offence that's also not cash money, but when someone is repeatedly acting stupid to the detriment of everyone else... Call them stupid and/or remove the need to call them stupid in the future.
I'll take that raid leader any day than someone who can't get control of their group and doesn't lay into people for their mistakes. Sure it was harsh but there's lifes on the line here.

As a hunter and also a mage, I've been being taught about threat for years by Wow, especially in pugs where if you pull threat they laugh at you rather than working on helping. Habits learned in world content are fatal in dungeons.
Sometimes as a raid leader you just need to be rude and call people out, so they finally LISTEN.
Usually after the rage, they're all hyperfocussed and dont want to make another mistake.
If you keep acting nice, they will keep messing up.

The thing with the chat working, and DC, killed me twice in HC at 23 first then 48. It started to happen a lot for a while and to me I didnt notice because I was chatting with guild, but suddenly saw that 0 mobs were zoned in. Tried to run back to safe areas but actually allready dead…
There's also a macro you can make and spam it in stealth near players that will lagg out you and everyone around you, only works in classic

Mackgonebald's hands musta been shaking so bad, he wasn't afk, you can see him moving his mouse curser when the raid leader is telling everyone to move. Then he whiffs the jump.
Also, a lot of the comments are saying it woulda been best to leave him to die, this is one of the most geared and highest parsing DPS warriors on hardcore, *letting* them die would do more harm to the raid group overall due to how much investment has been made into gearing that particular player.

Your best dps isn't your best player if he doesn't listen. The most important trait of a raider is the ability to listen to calls, the second one is to use your util when required and the 3rd one is having that big meaty co..
Dumb players dont make your raid stronger, even if they do the most damage. And by that, most damage is often achieved in classic by being reckless.

People calling the raidleader "too emotional" and "toxic" lmao. He managed to get both the idiots out alive without anyone dying. If you people were leading the raid you would have guaranteed choked hard and got the raid killed, wasting thousands of hours of peoples time. Personally I would probably not have the balls to even try to summon that warrior in case the aggro carried over somehow, I would just tell the entire raid to HS and try to summon him from a city. The only toxic thing i see here is one idiot not listening and almost wiping 40 lvl 60 characters on hardcore.

Nah its poor followship. He made the call early. He repeated his call again multiple times, not to mention that the clip cuts into it and i kinda wanna bet that he was at his second or third call already. He even after saying it multiple times called out the guy by name, while name calling, but still adressed him specificly. That guy then failed to actually go back in a normal way and managed to pull the boss and in that scenario he even saved his ass. He made sure hes not wrong and asked again if the preti port will work and adressed that guy afterwards in a "normal" even tho enraged way and called him out. Not to mention that guy wasnt afk or fell asleep or anything since you see his mouse move .. he was just feeling special creating a risk for 39 other characters with multiple hundreds of gametime. On top of it apparently not being the first time this happend the way he said it and that guy is still in the Raid and hasnt been cut off. The thing thats poor is his relationship to french canadians and his mental wellbeing .. but if you are a normal guy and you experience those things over and over again under stress and high focus and dont have a ton of selfesteem to just go "welp his fault not mine" without getting frustrated or irritated .. it brings you on edge.
Kazzak raidleader needs to chill a bit, this isn't 2004 it isn't the norm anymore.
People have invested entire days of their life into these characters and he is responsible for them. Listen to your raid leader if you don't want to be called the idiot that you are.
@@Brickwinds Mean their is a way to do it, I've been in that position before. Their is a way to raidlead and keep your members happy and in line. That is not one of them. Personally not a fan of the vanilla style raidleading, it shows how trash of a person they really are personally.

This raid leader is entirely too emotional. I wouldn’t trust him, seems he flies off the handle so easily. Raid leaders need to be calm.
Classic WoW players are the embodiment of brainrot. They have so many skills but only use like 5 of them overall. Its kinda sad how all these players have full bars with professions and spells but the moment shit hits the fan they refuse to do anything about it. In a game where your character dies forever you people really need to stop playing Hardcore or realize you shouldnt trust others to keep you alive. To each other you are cannon fodder.

@wowfan4007 it's the fact people feel proud of the fact they make it past lvl 20 and refuse to understand what their skills do. It happens to many people regardless of level and the clips reflect that.

yeah .. the raid leader is really toxic for getting mad that people are in a group while his job is to organize everything and tell people what to do while people dont listen to what they are told, despite him repeating it over and over and the way he said it it also wasnt the first time the warrior had to be called out. doesn't give a significant difference in dps and threat, but taking much more dmg from boss/trash and makes the healer spend much more unnecessary heal, which in a lot of situations can be critical. It could be applied SOMETIMES in the 40-man raid, but also so unrecommended for most of the time.
