I have had Cervical Spondylosis for over 10years now , had one op , with a cage holding bones together & in need of another , which can’t be done on the NHS . Take each day as it comes , you will be surprised just how you can get through each day . Have been through a lot of crap in the past too

Awww Sam I’m so so sorry to hear your sad news . Take one day at a time and don’t overwhelm yourself . Be kind to yourself and have family and good friends around you trust as you need them to get through this . Celebrate your birthday and I understand it’s the last thing you want to do . But you matter and your happiness and if your brother wants to take you out for a meal and get spoiled let him you deserved to get spoiled and you need people around you that love you and care about you . The same advice goes for your health one day at a time and deal with healing with advice from your doctor but there’s so much going on at the moment you need to listen to your body cry when you need to lay down and rest when you need pamper yourself in a nice bubble bath so get down to lush and get some nice bath bombs to enjoy a pamper.I understand the pain your I have been there and it’s an awful place to be and I absolutely agree you do Grieve like it’s a loss .But it does get easier so give yourself time and lots of love cause your so worth it and more xx

Break ups are never easy but I feel for you and I always say these moments will make you stronger and one day the perfect person will come along when you least expect it. Stay strong, get a routine, even when you really don't feel like doing anything, and keep your mind occupied and I promise you one day very soon you will wake up and life will feel good again. I also understand about health problems as I have a chronic illness and pain, so take things one day at a time and just do a little every day and build up. Awww Sam I’m so so sorry to hear your sad news . Take one day at a time and don’t overwhelm yourself . Be kind to yourself and have family and good friends around you trust as you need them to get through this . Celebrate your birthday and I understand it’s the last thing you want to do . But you matter and your happiness and if your brother wants to take you out for a meal and get spoiled let him you deserved to get spoiled and you need people around you that love you and care about you . The same advice goes for your health one day at a time and deal with healing with advice from your doctor but there’s so much going on at the moment you need to listen to your body cry when you need to lay down and rest when you need pamper yourself in a nice bubble bath so get down to lush and get some nice bath bombs to enjoy a pamper.I understand the pain your I have been there and it’s an awful place to be and I absolutely agree you do Grieve like it’s a loss .But it does get easier so give yourself time and lots of love cause your so worth it and more xx
I'm not a regular watcher but I saw this video and felt I needed to send you a message of support. Break ups are never easy but I feel for you and I always say these moments will make you stronger and one day the perfect person will come along when you least expect it. Stay strong, get a routine, even when you really don't feel like doing anything, and keep your mind occupied and I promise you one day very soon you will wake up and life will feel good again. I also understand about health problems as I have a chronic illness and pain, so take things one day at a time and just do a little every day and build up. You will get to where you want to be, it just takes time to heal xxx

This time last year i found out that my bf of 7 years had another family in essex! And i have children aswell (not his) So i know how you feel and what you are going through. It took me about 7 to be able to look people in the eye and feel better about myself.
You will get through this and there is a light at the end of the tunnel, i promise.

Each morning there's a nano second of normality until, BANG!! when you wake up and the gut wrenching reality hits you like a ton of bricks.
