"... ripping up a Vogue magazine - what's not to love about that!" Brilliant! Your demo is 5 star gold but this quote alone got you my sub! You are such a refreshing discovery and I can't wait to see more!
Wow! Your transfers are beautiful and make me wonder what the heck I am doing wrong! I cannot get any of my laser images to transfer and you make it look so simple.
I know I'm repeating myself... I could watch you for hours! Every time you say "Yay!", I rejoice with you. And already feel like unpacking my gel plate and printing again.
This video is really instructive. I am just starting the gelli plate but get frustrated with magazines, I will try with prints. Thank you for your video and PS: Love your laugh ! It is contagious 😅
I was feeling depressed, worried for my granddaughter as she is struggling and I am trying to help her as best as I can in the meantime, I am wondering around on UA-cam for some crafting ideas to do with her, so as I have been searching for Gelli printing and how to do it as I am just beginning, I don't have one yet, I'm trying to save for one...but as I was watching you, you made me laugh so hard. Your enthusiasm is infectious along with laughter topping it all of with that personality of yours. God bless your soul you've brought me out of feeling so down, tonight. I'm grateful to have come across your video Froyle
Thank you so very much! 😘 I’m so glad you found me! 👍🏼 check out my other gelli printing videos, you definitely don’t want to start with image transfers, let’s start at the beginning haha! I have a play list! 😍 ua-cam.com/video/NS_xvgaEkpk/v-deo.html all the best, keep your chin up! Cheers Froyle

This was the first time I've watched one of you videos but it won't be the last - I really enjoyed it. You had me learning and giggling the whole time.
Hello! Welcome! 😍 My fav is to use colour laser copies printed on standard paper from my local office shop, I find them to work the best! Cheers Froyle
I have been binge watching your videos for weeks and I got my first Gelli plate yesterday. Lots of playtime and trial and error (lots of error). This video was so helpful to understand what I am doing wrong and the best prints to use. Cheers!
You do the transfers with so much ease. I agree with you, transfers with laser prints are more beautiful. I can't wait to make some great impressions. Thanks for sharing
Your daughter is beautiful, no wonder you used a photo of her for an image transfer. As usual i love yr video and good to pick up these useful tips when trying this technique. Thankyou Froyle.🙂
I was playing with a friend this weekend and she was gelli printing. We have a running joke about how much paint she uses. Anyway, your video is perfect and perfectly timed-glad I found you! Love your tattoo and the photos of your truly lovely daughter
why do you make it look 20 x easier than when I do it??? LOL At least you are so fun to watch and laugh with. You , dear lady, are beyond a crazy artist, and I love you!!
Haha! probably because I have done so many wrong and worked it out!! It's quite simple, not too much paint and good contrast image!! Don't give up! Cheers Froyle
Oh WOW, thanks so much for this. I thought it was just me stuffin up with mag images! Upsplash sound great! That glassene paper really does sound the go. Thanks again for all the tips😍😍

Outstanding video. I’ve got a box of acrylic paints and now that I’ve seen this tip top, gold standard tutorial on gel printing, I’m off to buy the rest of the kit tomorrow. Thanks! 👏👏👏
Thanks for this! I've been having trouble with this and your timing is perfect! I always enjoy watching and listening to you. I'm off to my plate to give it another go!
Wow, you did things flawlessly, why I can’t the way you do? I tried laser prints on my several photos, newspaper clips, I changed the acrylic paints that I normally used into liquitex, I follow your advise “not too much paint” but still ca not do it right. I’ve see lots of youtube videos about tranferring images , they all do it very easy. I don’t know what am I doing wrong? Anyone can suggest?
What about your images? Are they strong in contrast? This does make a big difference! Yep not too much paint & I have found colour laser copies from my local office shop to work the best! 👍🏼 then it’s just patience & practice until you get a feel for how much paint to use. It took me quite a while when I started & I have made hundreds of image transfers so that is why it looks so easy. Mileage under the brush baby! Just don’t give up! All the best, cheers Froyle
Thank you lovely Froyle!💞 Always so much fun spending time with you! Prefer laser for sure, but have had impromptu fun with mags! Sending much Aloha! 🌈🌺💫🙋♀️
Froyle! What a joy to watch and hear your voice while drinking my morning coffee! I was wondering if glycine paper and deli paper are one and the same? I agree your laser images come out much crisper than the magazine images. But you shined through both throughout your video. Thank you!
Thank you so much! 😍 No I don’t think they are the same thing, although I don’t have deli paper to compare! But I think I should get some! Happy creating, all the best 😘 cheers Froyle

Thanks for the great video! I always want to try gel printing and your video inspired me! I cannot wait to try it on. I have an inject printer at home. I wonder if I can use that instead of laser printer.
Thank you for sharing this 🤘😘... I'm think, too.. the laser prints transfer are easier.. but a have so much fun with the magazine pieces.. it is so experimenting 🤗🤘😎
Awesome technique. Love the way the laser prints turned out, but I like the others too. Just subscribed, now if I can get the notifications. Having trouble with that for the last year or more.
Thank you for the tutorial! I am so glad I've found your channel as I have just started gel printing. I do have a question though - I think I did have a strong contrast laser print image and it's printed quite okay. It's just that the black paint isn't as solid as yours do (like there are empty patches among the black plaint areas). However, I do see the whole image printed so I'm just wondering what I might have done wrong? Anyone has any idea please? Thank you.
So great as always! Curious to know if home laser prints work as well as from the copy shop?? I’ve not had luck with it yet, but have a number of things I will try differently next time. 💖
Home laser prints seem to have more trouble transferring, even some from the office shop don’t work. It really does vary where you get your print from. Try different places, I learnt this recently, the online print shop was terrible, it didn’t work at all, but from Warehouse Stationary works every time! 😘 cheers Froyle

Agree with all the other posts. You are a great teacher. You make it look so easy. Unfortunately, that is not my experience. I have been experimenting with photo transfer now - I am in my third day - and I have yet to get a successful transfer. The original print (the photo I am transferring) takes all the paint off. I don't know if I am rubbing too much, putting on too much paint (I keep doing less). I've tried magazine photos, inkjet, actual photos on photo paper (glossy). Nothing works. Anyone here who has suggestions, would be most appreciative.
PS You have a great laugh.
