To be totally honest with you though, I wasn't a huge fan of season 6 and season 5B was the best season to me, so it doesn't bother me that much :D

Guy literally showed his whole life story in few minutes. From him being happy when 1st came to LA to hating himself to loving himself to being good

Love how his angel brothers were upset that he was changing but in reality he was becoming more of who he really was. He wasn't changing it was their perception of him is what was changing. They thought they knew him but turns out they really didn't know him or understand him. This series was well done

His monologue with God after father Frank's death is still my favorite scene from the series... His emotions his words just was so perfect i mean the scene gives me goosebumps every time i watch ❤

It's funny because conservative christians campaigned against it when it first aired.
You know, Tom Ellis comes from a family of pastors - his father, his sister, etc. I don't know if he had any input, or who was the one that was the guiding hand of the biblical aspect of this show, but they deserve sainthood for taking the stories and beliefs and putting them in a different light. I know it has made me think about my beliefs, especially with the losses I have suffered.
Yeah I love how people may see some common knowledge in a different light. In Islam it is believed that Satan was exiled from heaven because he refused to bow down to Adam, therefore defying the orders of God. And there are a minority of Muslim people that claims Satan didn’t bow down to Adam because the only being that’s worth bowing down to was God itself. He refused the order because of how much Satan actıally worshipped the God.
@@elessar2931 and key "whoa" moments in the series is when Chloe says that he is the devil, but he is also an angel and how Lucifer constantly says he was just the Warden, and how the doors weren't locked, people tortured themselves with their own guilt.
What a great and yet underrated show. I never heard of it when it it first came on TV. In fact,I never heard of this show until a UA-cam search under Lucifer. This show is my new favorite guilty pleasure. I love the way they portray him. Brilliant! It's like some of my imagination got into someone else's head and they decided to make a show of it. I'm not saying I worship the real Lucifer, but I never perceived him as others have,either. This show is definitely my brand new guilty pleasure show,following a few other guilty pleasure shows that could only come from the WB.

This show did something harder: it made the Devil human and none of us will ever forget it.
Supernatural does an incredible job with Lucifer too.

Lucifer from both shows is great, just people prefer the more attractive, funnier and nicer one.
But I actually think the other Luci is just as good... just different
They portray him the way some Christians see him for around 10seasons untill chuck/God is fully involved
Then we notice God is actually by far the biggest villain... its actually the best storytelling supernatural done, now that I think about it.

This was a Phenomenal Masterpiece for Samuel/The Lightbringer. Tom Ellis did a Phenomenal Performance Making The Devil into one That Most Tragic Characters of All Time.

Lucifer was probably the best series I‘ve ever watched! I am so happy I saw it. And I am so happy that I decided to watch the series to the end! This ending was the most honorable for each character.
But all that aside: Thank you @Poisoned Shadow for making such an epic video. It captures just right moments. The music, the scenes, the quotes. Each and every second of this video was beautiful and reminded me of all the emotions I felt watching the series. I have to thank you! If one analyses the noun DEVIL, we get "de" which as preffix means removing, and "vil" comes from vile, meaning bad. So, Lucifer was the one who for eternity was tasked to remove evil from people and that earned him the corrupted meaning of being evil embodiment across time. I presume that's what the show is all about.

My throat got dry and I was nearly about to cry. The part, am not evil I punish evil kicked me so hard. He is just hurt like most of us humans and God and his wife are always there for their kids and give them advice. The rest is just listening what they have to say
That "how much of this was your plan?" hits different when you start thinking could the Godess have been in on it? Was she acting all this time? How far does the plan go back? Did it start all the way back when he was banished?
Even the soundtrack "time inception" is here, good combination with scenes. We humans always blaming others just to prove that we are good with it. The fact that lucifer says he can't lie, but the others won't believe that he's the devil. There will be no reason for him to exist if all human do good.

Not sure how I randomly came across this but it's definitely going on my massive Lucifer Tribute Playlist, on which I only ever add, IMO, the best that I find. Seeing/hearing all the particular scenes and lines subsequently, in different orders adds a tremendous depth of different perspectives depending on how they are done. This is why I have always had such love for edits such as these. Beautifully done!🌹

He was never supposed to torture anyone in hell. We torture ourselves everyday with our guilt. Blaming someone else is the way we keep ourselves from believing that we are at fault for what brings that guilt. As long as you love someone else more than you hate yourself you are saved.

lucifer was probably one of the only shows i've watched that provided a sad yet happy ending, but still provided clarity for the end of a show. great show, the romance was a bit overwhelming at times but I liked it otherwise.

What a lot of people don't realize is that the netlfix show is based off of Luke 15:11-32. The Prodigal Son Story. This essentially is a story of what if Lucifer realized his mistakes and returned back to the Kingdom Of God. That's why he goes through his existential crisis of who he was, who he wants to be, and who he truly is. In the end, like in the story, the prodigal/proud/arrogant son is humbled and returns home.
I just missed the whole series. I should watch it again...

If God made lucifer and lucifer did what he did and created sin, then it was at the request and command of God himself. Or are you saying the OMNIPOTENT God made a mistake? You blame lucifer for sin not understanding God allowed it, and ultimately created it as apparently according to the Bible he knows the beggining and end of all things. Again OMNIPOTENT. If dumb animals are going to sell a story to people, at least make sense in the insanity.

@@foxgeist3129 allowing something to exist doesn't mean you made it that logic is flawed. simply put God allowed evil to exist so people would choose against it he didn't want puppets he wanted people to choose to be good. and lucifer chose to try and usurp someone who is all powerful and when that didn't work he tried to turn Gods creation against him because even if he couldn't win he wanted to drag everyone down with him. yes people choose to sin absolutely but sin wouldn't exist without the devil for he led creation astray. Lucifer didn't make sin nobody claims that. he led people to sin. he didn't get punished for that reason because he didn't do it himself he lied and got someone else to do it. at least read the book before shitting on it

But it allows evil and suffering to exist to see if these creatures will worship it because they want to, just to genocide all but one when they decide not to use this free will to worship it. In that Netflix portrayal of Lucifer the Morning Star, it was very evident his powers and evil personality, but remember, his main title as a Fallen Angel is the Morning Star meaning his wisdom shone in the morning not just in the dark, which wasn't shown much in that series.
