      Dont forget to be realistic - you must put in some work whatever plan you use for learning violin I have spent months studying teaching yourself violin and discovered a great website at Ajana music lessons (check it out on google)

    Nice. And I love her 'bite'. A very satisfying sound. One difference is that in classical music you don't get alot of 'swing' tempo. I mean, there are plenty of 'dotted' rhythms but *swing* is different. Also many popular genre's, like swing and folk, call for looser bow hairs. You give up some of the 'bouncy' effects but you get a kind of, well, funkier sound - not sure how to describe it.
