You look incredible! 50 lbs is an amazing loss. You have me sitting here with tears as the reality hit me. I am overweight. I have a new grand baby and want to be here for him. As you said, it is a hard pill to swallow to admit our faults. You have encouraged me to start today! Please keep us posted on your journey and thank you for being real and just being you. You are amazing!

In 2012 at age 61 I was at my largest. I made a lifestyle change and lost 52 pounds. I have kept it off by continuing to watch calories. For me it has been portion control at meal times and snack times. I learned I can eat 3 m&m’s instead of the whole bag and be satisfied. Thank you for sharing your journey. Keep on keeping on. I know you can do this. Praying for you.

I’m so glad I found this video. Also that I found you again. My first name is Colette. I used to be a customer. I’m so happy that you are doing well in the glitter world. My DIL is now starting glitter cups and of course I’m sending her your way.
But I also need to lose weight. I’ve been trying to lose 35 pounds for twenty years! I do have very poor health. But I’m working on solutions to this. I’ll be following your weight loss journey. ❤️

Sandy, you would make a great weight loss coach! Just listening to you makes me want to lose weight and be healthy. I too am at the highest weight in my life... I'm 63 and scared, so scared! Could you please, if you have time, add some of this motivation into some of your vlogs? Thank you so much... I've followed you since you first started (now watching some of Jeff's youtubes as well) and I think of you as a friend... Please continue taking care of yourself, you've got this!!!

The biggest thing for us is portion control. We still eat the things we want to eat, just less of it and less often. We are also making it a point to exercise everyday.

Congratulations on all your hard work. In August of 2019 I was told I had type2 diabetes. At first I wasn’t too worried and didn’t make any changes. My next appointment I was at 253lbs. I’m 56 now and have lost 120lbs. I now weigh 138. I chose low carbs to help maintain blood sugar levels. When I was at 50lbs lost I had a heart attack and was diagnosed with CAD( coronary artery disease) I was 52, and I have fibromyalgia as well. My journey was a long one and unfortunately my husband of 37 passed away at 58. I’m 56. It’s been a very hard struggle so far and grief and stress has made everything harder. I applaud your commitment to yourself and your family. Again congratulations on your progress! Thank you for sharing your journey!

Great job Sandy! You are looking better and seem to be feeling much better as well.
3 years ago, I was at my heaviest, went clean keto, lost 70 pounds , and kept it off. Just getting rid of the sugar, carbs and seed oils alone makes you feel sooo much better. I have also gotten off BP meds and heart meds.
I have controlled my palpitations by increasing my magnesium and potassium levels. Deficiencies can cause arythmias, palpitations, heart rate issues, etc
Keep up the great work! You got this!! 😊

So thank you for this encouragement and push to know you have to do it for yourself but my mind will not forget those cruel things said to me and my mom even says it to my wife a few years ago. I am so proud of you and your courage to improve this precious life. I have not drank soda in I can’t even tell you how many years !!! Much love ❤❤❤

I had lost 60 lbs in a year and a half, then the pandemic hit and we all got stuck in our houses and all my bad habits came back again. 😢 I have to start back up again, I've gained back 30 lbs.

I know how you feel. I was at my heaviest at 340 lbs and I had to do something different, so I went on WW and I've lost 66 lbs, but still have a long way to go also. As you always say, You have this and I do too. You are doing great and I know you will achieve your goals. When you hit a platue just change up your eating add more protein whether it’s plant protien or animal it works.

@@SandysOrganizedChaos That's understandable. Normotim isn't exactly a weight loss medication but rather a nootropic that helps manage stress and cravings, which can be crucial for staying on track with your weight loss goals. Have you encountered situations where managing stress or cravings might make a difference in your journey?

I always promised myself I wouldn't get over 150# . I fluctuate 5-10# over or under but I feel like the outsider of my family and they seemed happier just not thinking about it and enjoying baking and cooking and sometimes I just envy that and miss it from them since they've passed but lived to older ages . So I don't know what's the answer

Congrats 🎉 I’m sooooo proud of you AND Jeff 🥹 🫶🏽 about 2 years ago I went up to 200lbs. Never in my life not even pregnant I weighed that much. It wasn’t noticeable however I felt it 😢 my dad suggested for me to see a dietitian. So my hubs and I decided to go for it. He didn’t set any “number” goal but set a “new healthy eating”goal. We followed it and we each lost about 60 lbs in 4 months. I went back to what I weighed in HS. It was crazy. But how I felt was important. For me losing the weight wasn’t hard honestly. The hardest thing for me has been maintaining it. Some days are easy and others super hard. My hubs and boys have been so supportive. And my hubs and I help each other out. What keeps me going is that I want to stay healthy for myself, my hubs, my boys and my grandchildren (whenever they come) 😅. So keep up the good work 💪🏽 Hard days will come but keep going, keep strong! Stay focused and with your eyes on the price…which is to be and stay healthy for you AND for your precious family! Love you guys and I continue to pray for you guys. Stay blessed 🥰 🙏🏽
