The first week of school is always an adjustment for the kids and the parents. Just getting into the groove of the new school year and learning what is expected of you. Where you are in Florida you don’t have school busses? Or do you just choose to drive your kids? I couldn’t imagine having to drive to three different schools every day and then pick up after. You must spend a lot of time in the car! Charlotte was so cute when she said something to the effect that she cried a little. Heartbreaking! But then a week goes by and they have new “best friends” . Kids are so resilient!

Listen, my boys are in their 20s and I still cry in disbelief in how big they are and how absolutely blessed I am! I miss school shopping and personalizing things for my boys. They’re all grown up working and though they’re in college, everything is online sooo 🤷🏽‍♀️ they said they’re not babies anymore 😅😢 I pray they had a blessed first week of school and they have a successful year 🙏🏽 Aww ☺️ Gbu guys. FYI Sandy we do the scan and go also at sams club this lady told us you can do the same for the food area in the front you put all that you want pay and bring your phone to the counter where others would pick up their food and you get to jump the line

Sandy I remember those school days when mine were in school but I miss it now my children are 32&37 now I help for my grandkids cause it’s more expensive than it was when I was buying for my kids I Pray 🙏🏻 your heart is still doing great and your walking is helping your over all health ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Grandma did a wonderful job picking out the girls dresses! The girls look so beautiful and bedazzled! Enjoy these precious moments while you can. There will be a time when they are all grown up and it just all stops and you have to figure out what you are going to do with your time! I fell into a deep depression. Empty nest syndrome is real! That is how I started my crafting journey. Wed. and extended flood warnings til Aug 10th. Rain coming down hard again. My lawn guy mowed between showers yesterday.

The over night experiance in may manufactured home wasn't fun and phone was giving out warning reports. On top of it my Son-in-law had to be in Sarasota by 8AM Mon to begin new job. So thankful everything is ok,and glad to know you guys are fine.

The flooding was terrible in Sarasota. I am in Brandon so I haven't had any flooding.

It was the slowest storm I ever went through. Happy it's over.

I'm so glad you all are okay... I was thinking of you when I heard the storm was down your way. I live in Seattle and we never get that much rain. I do miss the storms like that tho. In Eastern Washington, Spokane, where I grew up.. we used to get them all the time - thunder and lightening, dark and then the sun would be shining 1/2 hour later and the streets were steamy. We rarely if ever get thunder and lightening here in Western Washington, Seattle area. I saw in your Sam's club the protein drink was $24.99 - that's what we used to pay at Costco, now it's $34.99, so yes... your prices are a lot better than ours. Oh my word! I thought about y'all when I watched the news yesterday evening. I'm north of you on the nature coast so it got more intense for us over night. We're all good though and back to work this morning despite losing power for a few hours (staring at 9pm 🫤). Looks like Sadie had a wonderful birthday 🎊🎂 even when Debby came blowing through 😊

I love the cup! How do you make the marshmellows? Is there a youtube I can watch? We were in Clearwater Beach for spring break one year. I was out on the deck of the hotel and all of a sudden a palm tree, like yours burst into flames. The maintenance people came out and were able to put it out right away. I was totally shocked because I was right there watching it burst into flames. The workers said that they can spontaneously combust. I never knew that... More and more people here in Seattle are putting palm trees in and they're actually staying alive... Anyway, I'm glad you had a great time with your Mom and Santa 🙂 Take care and have a good week 🙂

LOL, Before i became interested in making tumblers I used to make fake bakes. I have made many marshmellows. They are fun to use on tumblers such as when you make a drip on cups you can place marshmellows on the drip. I made a tumbler with fake cookies made with clay. so it's fun combining the 2 art forms together. Thanks for all you do.
