Is it still worth to play Black Desert now that Throne and Liberty which has better graphics is out? And then soon Chrono Odyssey and Ashes of Creation
Throne of liberty dosent have better graphics and can’t tell about the combat yet and ashes of creation has been in development for years. In the end it’s up to you if the bdo is worth playing though
I would say yes definitely still viable, especially since those games most likely won't be playable at launch and will take a few months to iron out the bugs and such
Still depends on you.. me personally I find BDO graphics more customizable and can still hold a candle compared to TL but how good the graphics depends on player's perspective like some people prefers stylized graphics. In combat gameplay imo BDO still has no competition though not everyone prefers action combat even more so that its combo heavy.. so yeah I'll wait for Chrono Odyssey if it can rival BDO's combat, even if it has p2w as long as not comparable to a mobile game p2w then it's fine.

Haven't paid much attention to Throne and Liberty, but my impression is the combat is pretty rudimentary compared to BDO... or am I mistaken?

ToL has horrible combat and the rest of the game is basically unknown, I played the beta and it felt like a clunky mobile port to pc
