Hello....thanks for posting this video. I have a doubt to be cleared. I recently read the Printful print guidelines and it is highlighted that it is required to submit the designs in the sRGB model using Adobe Photoshop. As i dont have access to Photoshop, I am using Canva to create my designs. But, i cant convert my designs to sRGB color model in Canva, i can only convert it to CMYK. Hence, is it okay if i upload my designs using the CMYK model? Is there any problem in this? I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much.
Thanks for the info. Is it possible to sell coasters in sets they are very costly to post as a single product and most people would prefer to buy as a set of 2 or 4. I currently sell them as a single product that is personalized with their name. I would be interested to find out if this is possible
Hey! For now, if you want to sell them as a set, you need to do that through your store front. However, the possibility to order these as a set is in the works. 😉
Great information thank you! I need to know how customers can add multiple products or bundles without being charged all the seperate postage’s. I understand I can embed postage into my retail price but how do I stop the postage appearing at checkout.... I have my own Launchcart store. I really need help with this.... customer service couldn’t answer it.

The only way I can think of is making them all as Free Postage and adding the postage to the retail price.
yes that's what I said but how do you stop the postage being added automatically at checkout for automated orders?@@kathleenmcleod9201
