Thank you for sharing this great idea! I sell fabric online and I want to send my customers fabric postcards, I also LOVE the selvage edging that shows the color key, some are very cute!

So, Jackie, do you then just put the postcard on and sew around the edges w/satin stitch to secure it? Thanks … these look fun!
Yes! Have fun.
Is it easy to write a note on the back of the postcard?
Yes! Just use a Sharpie or other permanent pen.
Is salvage and selvage the same thing?
Selvage is the edge of the fabric. Salvage is not quilting or fabric related, unless you are trying to salvage your project after cutting something the wrong size : )
