I lived in a 2 bdrm. Apt. in Springville IA. that the whole place had radiant heat in the floors. So awesome. Didn't have to turn heat on. Kept the whole place warm. Elec. Bill was so low. 😁. My windows didn't even frost over. 🙂.

Happy birthday Belle . It’s hard to get grown children all together. My grown grandchildren are married and last Christmas for the first time in 4 years they were all together. They added a great grandson to the mix.

You mentioned your beautiful well and that reminded me of my cousin building his house. I meant to tell you in your last vlog…..They had to go down 460 feet to find water!!!!!💦 …and paid $45 per foot! 😜😜😜 I grew up with very little water, in a tiny bungalow with 8 people so I feel your pain….well, half of it! 😉

That's where the heat went! It's barely 70 in northern Indiana the last couple days. Feels like fall!
I am surprised at how modern all the cabinets are. Everything is very slick and plain.
We are putting handles so that will bring some color.
It's good to see everyone together. Belle is so pretty as all of your kids. The house is absolutely gorgeous!

Cracker barrel is my favorite place! When I do trips with my kids without my husband , I try to make it a our on the road meal stop so the kids can stretch good

Adult children are different you don't parent them anymore. But every stage of raising them has big changes, fun times, hard times etc. I miss aspects of every stage. The adult stage has been more of a.growing for us to let go of the raising and leading to grasping their hand and walking with them. They've taught us so much as adults. I miss my little ones but having my big ones is just as special and fun. Love the house and the wisdom you guys quietly express through your example. We are struggling spiritually and you quiet example is a light in hard times. Keep up the good work.

So correct 💯 about adult children! Mercy, but where did time go? It's sad and beautiful watching them develop into adulthood. As a mom i miss them being little but i love how they've turned out ❤. As I'm positive you are as well with yours! I pray y'all stay close and in contact with family forever...the most beautiful gift of life is one's own children and when those children become parents then we, as parents, just get to spread more 💕 love, life lessons and put more beautiful people in the world.

My daughter is getting married in October , my husband hasn’t seen my girls for five years and I’ve not seen them for two years , I live in Portugal and my girls are in the uk ,all in relationships and with babies ,they are 39, 37, and 35: now , I miss them every day ❤ xxxx you are so lucky to have yours close by xxxx it’s 40 plus C here which is 113 F impossible to go out ! 🥵🥵🥵🥵 very happy birthday to your beautiful Belle , I hope her birthday was amazing and full of love , laughter and hugs 🎉🎂🎁🎈❤️

Wow, the pantry n mud room looks amazing.
When we built we had the downspouts run under the ground and take them farther away from the house. They use pvc pipe and just under the ground far enough to cover the pipe. Very simple job.

Cracker Barrel has the BEST pancakes. I like the blueberry and I mix the blueberry & maple syrups together. One thing I do NOT like is the maple syrup is “all natural sugar” instead of “all real maple syrup.” (I guess it’s better to have sugar than corn syrup.) I would like to be able to purchase little bottles of REAL maple syrup.
I live in the Blue Mountains in NSW Australia. We moved here 25yrs ago because I hated the heat and wanted cooler weather. NOW I am in my 50’s I am hating the cold so trying to go on warm holidays. I think as we get older we want warmth so enjoy that bathroom you deserve it ❤

Everything is looking good and moving right along, I know when you're waiting it feels like forever. I have four kids and when they were young we lived in a 3 bedroom 1 bath home with a small kitchen and small dinning room , It was hard , no body had any space so I understand first hand how anxious you must be ! It will be such a happy home ! congrats.💕🙏
For you pool room a Coat Tree used for multiple towels to hang and dry. Or a hat tree. Love seeing your home evolve.
btw hat trees have a smooth ball on the end to hang and slide off easily compared to the coat hooks...
House looks great. Getting closer to moving in. When our two boys are home with the their families it brings me so much joy. ❤❤

How wonderful for you great blessings to the family. My three kids have left the nest. I had a 17 years gap between my daughter and son just so we still a had a child in the house and now he is in the New Zealand army and he is such a wonderful old soul in a young man .
