You know if you think of it why wait for hand outs ..live on footpaths ,just go into the edge of cities make a hidden home and just make excursions into the cities to find what you want. If people wait for death by drugs or murder by unknowns it will come to you...leave and make a life for yourself elsewhere away from the madness....And look up on native foods growing around you that way you will not go hungry.
