  • Our vet practice teams put their heart and soul into protecting pets every day. But there’s nothing everyday about it.
And with more pets to care for than ever before, the nation has never needed them more.
So we want to say thank you. To them, and the whole veterinary profession, for all that they do.
To vets, vet nurses, receptionists, practice managers and all the support teams for keeping hearts beating and tails wagging.
Thanks to our vets, we’re better with pets.

Roger Holden at Vets4Pets Farnham is the most amazing Vet. I travel from Woking to see him, he care, kindness & follow up care is absolutely first class. I would recommend him to everyone…he is a Vet God!

Luckily my dog hasn’t needed emergency or any surgery yet, good to know I’m with Vets4Pets though, they are all really good at my one. Thank you for taking care of all our pets. 😀

Nice work you all are doing. Animals constitute a big part of our ecosystem, at least we know there are people who are actively ensuring their well-being. #Vets4Pets

There is actually a Vet and Vet Tech shortage right now and its been getting worse.
Vets also have the highest suicided rate of other jobs; yes that includes police.

Their pricing is crazy expensive, would not use them again after I was billed nearly £400 for a blood test and a broad spectrum anti biotic for my cat, they never actually found out what the problem was. I took the cat to another vet a few days later and they spotted the problem right away, it was a broken tooth and billed me £40 to remove it.

Interesting....I'd love to see your clinical history and invoices that prove this wild claim. No vet offers general anaesthetic for dental extractions for £40... 😂

@@Bubbles4uk For a $40 deal the extraction procedure would be a sedate with some back alley fentanyl IM and then use the plyers... I too am very skeptical of this.

Do they do Avian? I bet not

Avian medicine is a very specialist field. Always worth asking local practices if they have a vet who has this specialist training. Many vets will try their best to treat avian species but are duty bound to do no harm.

The massive problem now is Vets have become very greedy and poor animals are suffering as people can't afford to keep them or even adopt them.Vets charge astronomical prices.Humans get so much pleasure and benefit fun, exercise wise and mentally from pets but vets are making it so that only the rich and elite will be the only people to enjoy the joy of pets, THUS ANIMALS MISS OUT ON A LOVING HOME AND FAMILY MOST OF ALL.Shame on all the Greedy Vets!!!😢

I have worked in Emergency for a while and i don't think you are properly empathizing with our situation. Vets spend much of their 20s studying with no social life. While everyone else is out having fun on the holidays they are doing placement on farms or working in vet hospitals. Then once they graduate they are often overworked and underpaid, we do it because we love it, that's all. What you have to understand is that Veterinary Medicine is privately run as with Human medicine in America. The cost of an average hospital stay for a human in America is $13,000 dollars and this is excluding surgery costs while you might only end up paying half of that for an emergency admission at 2:00am, a surgery and two days of post operative recovery in veterinary medicine. The reason why Vets are underpaid is because we offer medical services that are comparable in quality to that of human medicine for far far cheaper. You are actually getting a much better deal than you think, if you can't afford to look after your animals and to provide them with a basic standard of veterinary care you probably shouldn't have them in the first place.
I understand that you have good intentions but most vets are far from greedy. I think this was quite a disgusting insult.
