Really cool to see someone in the tricking community with so much knowledge! For a freerunner, how important would you say the figure-4 position is for safely landing corks? It is purely aesthetic, or does that position during the cork help with "practicality and functionality"?
This was so useful man! I'll be working on the drills, and I definitely feel the lack of using my calves affecting a lot of my tricks right now. Great video, and glad to see you back at it!
I've been sending dub corks lately and got a concussion, I've got back on the grind and I feel like this is really gonna give me the push I need to land it
dude pivot st is my favorite set up it does force you to try your best i figured if you have the move from that setup any other should be easy as long as that setup is strong enough to come out of in general
It looks like you are more or less horizontal or a little inverted during the cork, is this true? It is beautiful. It seems it would be safer to do it this elegant way you do it rather than straight over the top?
Bro I do heavy lifting and I like to practice tricking as well. But a week in and I hey close to the basic of the basic tricking and flexibility and then I end up with sore hamstrings because of lifting. Then it takes me a lot of time to recover. What should I do
I can barely land it, I can only get half way around and then I land as if I did an Arabian. I don't do a full twist. My set up seems fine and my take off doesn't seem bad but it's the mid air where I'm having trouble. It seems that I don't have enough inertia in my twist. No matter how hard I punch, or how tight I tuck my arms into my chest. I can't keep the muscle memory to not think so hard. So when I do TRY to remember a step I end up disregarding another one. Same with my b-twists.
Thank you for all the advice gonna be using your tips and hopefully I improve my corks my facebook is serge moundou I sent you a message a few days or weeks ago so while improving my corks can I record my attempts and show you the video for advice ? Do I have to pay for that ?

Hi *Captain* *America*
My biggest problem is the 1 then 2 landing. I land with both feet. Makes my B twist look sloppy and my standing full look clunky
Ya exactly drill drill drill
