Considering the price of cerakey keycaps, a full pre-built board for this price is a pretty good deal honestly. I don't know if I'm just blinded by being an enthusiast or not but the value is definitely there

Seems like the $160 nada 65 only comes in a single color scheme while cerakey offers a dozen different keycap styles at $120. You're paying for flexibility. On the other hand black isn't bad, but I'd be all over the 'blue crazed' with a metal shell. Would probably weigh 8 pounds though. Lol.

I actually purchased a set of Cerakeys V2 white with black legends keycaps and am using it on a Keychron Q6 Max keyboard with Kailh Jellyfish Y switches along with some clear Glorious o-rings. The sounds of the keycaps are very silent with maybe a slight ping noise but the overall feel of the caps are a bit awkward only because of how smooth the ceramic material is. The one gripe I have is the F and J keycaps have no homing bars, you would have to purchaser a separate set for $5 plus shipping. other than that I think these are very nice. Also the material allows the RGB on the board to shine through with the help of the clear switches.

nobody seems to get that (based on the weight) you have to use a 100g spring for the spacebar.
not only does this fix the sound issue - but in my opinion you don't have a usabie built before that (from a haptic perspective)
clipping a 150g als works if push comes to shove (writing this on one)

Can you imagine the price what would it be then? Easly 3x more expensive that this. It was actually pretty clever to go with plastic because they could make it shiny and it goes well with shiny keycaps. Yeah you get somewhat imitation of ceramic/glossy case, but considering the price it was the best option to go. I can imagine they try to make full ceramic board in the future as they grow quite nice, but for beginning it's a very solid board, quite fairly prices.
