Fast forward to 3 minute mark to get to the subject of the video. Thank you for demonstrating that the setup gauge is unnecessary. It is handy for setting the height for the dovetail clamp grooves. Your video overall was much better and more informative than Matchfit's official video.

This is actually better than the official Microjig video for an explanation. Thanks!

Used this last night. Wasn't very simple.... Wish I would have watched this first. I didn't have the nice tip of how to set your blade height. Once I learned that. VERY EASY. LOVE IT!

Could you add a link to the jig from your website? I can't find it on there.

Seems like this demo could be done with a riving knife installed, no?

Yes, you are right, but one thing to remember this is a Saw stop table saw. They are incredibly expensive. 3 to 4 times more than your average table saw. The reason? They have a built in sensor that can sense the density of flesh, and the saw blade brakes incredibly quickly, causing little if any damage to your fingers. If I won the lottery, this saw would definitely be high on my list of must buy items. That, and a nice C & C machine.

I'm not convinced. I keep buying this stuff and it's all too time-consuming and tinkery to set up so it gathers sawdust. It's coming from a field carpentry background - we use whatever is laying around to build one-time jigs - fast and simple get in and get out. Probably not the safest - which is why I keep buying this stuff LOL

Micro jig for micro pieces of wood. No help to me when cutting a dado in a cut sheet of plywood.

Good video but, for us old guys who are hard of hearing, please soften the music. We have to read lips or listen very closely to catch the subject. Load music or even sometime background music interfere with the message.

Unplug the saw my butt. Nobody does that

Not sure about your electrical code? but that plug is wrong and your electrician should be fired. You shouldn't show this kind of bs to the beginner's. They'll think their saw plug is wrong and try to rewired it.
