@@InSeph this video 4.04 start...and sakuya timestop...dio can move....in 5.23 also i test it with martrix's jotaro,neptune's polnareff and kakyoin by knightmare and much char....

The others I didn't worked yet, so it's not a bug, it's just a incompatible.

Yes, every week all chars receive a re upload with some fixes, updates sometimes and fixes of reported bugs.
The video is from the version when he got released, but this char in specific, already got a lot of updates, so even if you want to download the version of the video, you can't, because that no longer exists anymore.
You can only download the last version.
