I’m going back to ballet classes (I’m almost 54:) ) and I’m curious to see if I can regain the extensions I had in high school (which weren’t all that good anyway, but now that I’m older & know to pay good attention to proper technique, I’m curious to see how I do. :). Yes! This was amazing! I'm very tight in my hips when trying to do straddle splits, but going into them like this instantly helped me to get a wider angle than ever (as in, more than 90 degrees, but hey, slow progress is still progress!)
Stretch felt good but was really difficult for me.I cant remotely get close to grabbing my foot.Hopefully I can improve my flexibility by doing this every night
v. nice- BRAVA- all my chronic pain areas were flaring this morn- this was a gift to me- I used a husband:)- no not mine- -- a lg. pillow - we call it that over the pond--- to help - beautiful job as always xo

Good routine but I’m not sure why it’s in the relaxing category it seemed more like a short morning yoga flow. For night time instead of doing the same thing two and three times switching up you should hold the post for longer if it’s a bedtime routine. Not trying to be negative just been in the game for a while and I know what works and what doesn’t
You can pause the video, stop and go back. This is an issue in just about all instructional videos. Try painting with Rob Ross in real time lol... She is demonstrating the stretches, explaining how/where to feel them and I think she did a pretty good job...you're right, but if she dragged the workout on for longer people would complain it was too long of a video.
Not sure why this was a bedtime/ after work routine, it seemed more like a morning flow. It was a good routine but if it’s a bedtime routine or relaxing after work routine, instead of doing the same move three times in quick succession you should’ve how to pose is longer, giving the body time to relax and release.
