UnderFlow Sluice Box Gold Mining Equipment
Nothing gets Gold as Quickly and as efficiently as My "UnderFlow" design, Please check into all my Videos as I can post them. To show ALL capabilities of Placer Gold Production and putting the "GOLD or PLATINUM" in your Pockets! (Not to mention any Gemstones along the way) - Large Scale Commercial, and Dredgers would also apply. - Наука та технологія
I ordered a double trap system, I can't wait to try it, it sure looks amazing, all the other sluices I've looked at require tedeous cleanups and more panning afterwords too. This system looks like theres hardly any work afterwords, and you can see the results right away. I think you have a great product, I wish you good luck on your sales of your products, looks like you've thought this out, Thanks,
Darin
Customer testimonial.......I own one of these sluice boxes and can say it is the finest piece of mining equipment on the market today. Grumpyprospector is going to take the mining industry to a new level with clean Gold collection.......no mercury or acids needed to collect all the fine gold with no black sands or panning at the end of your run. By far and above the easiest sluice I've ever used.
11 years ago how do we get one in 2024
This is very clever. I think having a perfectly smooth bed to the riffle holds the idea back a little with the very ultra fine gold, but that would be easy to change. The design forces even the particles that float to go underwater. Its solid thinking.
The level of customer service I received was outstanding!! Thank you for listening to me talk about finding gold in Louisiana and not thinking I was crazy, please see the attached picture. As I told you it is super fine and impossible to separate by panning. The dust shown in the the vial is from running for 2 hours(about 1 gallon of cons.)with my new Underflow Mini. Turns out I did prove that there is gold in central Louisiana! You just have to look in the right place.
Im surprised they dont make more of these , it works like magic . great job, keep rockn brother
I have never seen any thing like this in my life!!! but then started thinking... This is the basic design of a waterfall.. So simple so basic.. and here it is !! Good job !! I have to make one of these !!
Looks really clever and seems to work fast. I want one too!
Good demonstration. Looking at the principle of operation, you could probably use a funnel feeding a domestic 2" P, S or Q trap to clean yours cons. (obviously with a safety pan)
I recently bought the mini underflow sluice box 2' x 5". I am using a 600 gph pump.. It says to use 325 gph.I will tell you even with that much flow going through the fine gold still stays in the trap. I'm telling you the truth.. I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering a lot larger underflow..I am not skilled at using the underflow but I even have gold showing..XGrumpyProspector you have a great design.Thank you. From the goldprospector38..From Port Alberni British Columbia Canada..
Thanks for your comments. The UnderFlow is truly a game changer in precious metals mining. Yes, it works on gem stones, too. Each UnderFlow sluice is built by hand to our strict specifications so they last. It may be the last piece of mining equipment you ever have to buy......until you need a larger one like you said. We are excited to offer the best piece of mining equipment available to the public. Thanks for your business and your time. Good luck with your prospecting!!!!
Hey Mike, good to know you are coming to South America soon. Good luck.
Just search; Placer mining in Oregon, and You will find some good trails to follow.
I tried L.A. and moved back almost immediatly. Nothing beats the Colorado Rockies in a small town. Plenty of sunshine too!
Great sluice, you have a new subscriber.
Thanks CR
The concept is good, have not seen it before. What I would like to see is concentrates going into it, as in over 50% black sand. Often you can get a handful of black sand in a single panning. Please dump in a pint of mostly black sand concentrates with gold being the same size grains or smaller. If you have lets say 2 grams of gold in a pint of black sand, pour it through, and get 98% of the gold in the trap with less than 10% black sand, I am sold.

One last thought: Make sure you have real Gold, if so, this system will capture it.
A good old fashion drop riffle is fine. The real test is re-running dirt. If you can do that without finding more gold then you don't need a better sluice.
Oregon has many good areas to prospect, SW OR is very well known for it's gold mining and eastern Oregon also has a very rich gold mining history.
Good luck
have you tried this on big sluices /100/200/ or 300 hundred ton machines yet?
I will upload a video showing exactly what you have described very soon. We will be uploading new videos showing new models and designs of the UnderFlow Sluice in the very near future. We are changing the way people mine Gold around the world. Fine Gold capture has never been so easy. A skilled operator can easily capture the fine Gold flushed out by traditional sluice boxes. No need for rubber matting or miners moss or any consumable materials. No panning at the end of your run, either.
Beautiful!
simple as that very nice some have water spiral and pan looked like they were complicated setup yours is 100% better simple over flow with divider wall slight angle for water flow
Why all the loud music I really enjoy your work and wold like to see where the gate is on the sluice box L assume it is at the top of the sluice but how is it attached to the box and would you need such a long box if the gold is in the first three riffles and was fronted with a magnet. Thanks for hearing me
looks like its working perfectly
I have one and it works wonderful
Well done on a great system :)
Nice...but how does it deal with a constant flow of material?
Now that's more like it! Wow! nice upload! :D
Awesome system !!!
I'll post another video demonstrating the drop in Gold.
For instance, just because fine earthly dust exits, does not mean even the finest of Gold is.
Dirt and Dust is far lighter than the Gold. I have extensively tested this prior to posting, & no reason to capture fine dirt that contains no Gold particulate? Right?
Thanks for comment, I appreciate everyones comments and for paying such close attention to details, Thanks
Grumpy Prospector
I found another video you uploaded the same day as this and they are clearly two different designs the david and goliath vid must be older the pipe you used is clearly larger, how did you go about determining the correct depth and does the flow affect it?
Nice great setup
The pics of a orrpiallage(prob mispelt) they have a split feed so would cause a vacuum on other side of the gate ,if added airator block well before the trap and used a separate feed behind the gate to cause a better vacuum ,what would happen ? Could you enlarge the trap to run more material through it ? Best ask ones who would test the idea thoroughly
One way to find out is to try, I recently found fine Gold in a area I wouldnt have thought.
great video, awesome info
we in nz call that a boil box,,placed in front of the sluice box to hold back the bigger bits,,we dont get fines in it
Tom Fowler - I believe "boil Box" is what my prospecting friends here in northern Arizona USA call it as well.
BrokenRRT
A huge benefit you're neglecting to point out is that your breaking surface tension. Watch any of the gold cube videos for an explanation of how that works.
Good demo, also really illustrates how gold naturally settles in the river.
I would suggest making a 2nd layer insert with this system so that when the material is gone it’s quick and easy to lift the insert, slide the side and remove the gold, than you are ready to go again in no time
That looks like a really fine idea/invention to me. Have you ever tested results by re-running the tailings?
Good , i have a lot of gold and location fit with the workings this equipment ,our visit to Indonesia where, thanks
Thx a million 4sharing w/us. Good luck! By da way how deep is it, do u mind 2tell us?
Very interesting. i like the results
yes, I too noticed tons of material escaping out the sides! Great Idea, just work out that issue of how to stop the small dirt from escaping.I ll keep following Jon
Very nice job , is this for creek or just for home clean up ?
It is a System, with many sizes, attachments, and overall Gold collecting purposes. For the Miner to CHOOSE what setup will work best for what your Gold collecting needs are to be.
Pricing goes from $100+ to custom built large commercial for thousands.
I bought the mini underflow sluice 2'x5".It's say to use a 325gph pump.I'm using a 600gph pump, even with that much water flow going through the sluice I have fine gold staying in the trap. It's all in the way you work the gates. The angle of the sluice box.I had material that I ran through the underflow and had very very fine gold showing and fine gold showing.I used a jewelers loop to see the very very fine gold.I wanted to put this design to the test.Well it passed for me with flying colours.
How about setting up a trap after your sluice and panning it to see what made it through?
you bet me to that idea,, thinking of this a while back ago.
The gate is fully adjustable. You can move it up or down and also from side to side so you can focus the water pressure in the trap blowing out all unwanted black sand and debris. You can dial in the sluice box and get all the control you need to get nothing but clean Gold. It works just like you see on the videos. Be sure to check out all the different sizes and types of sluices we offer on our products page at grumpyprospector d 0T c 0m.
looks interesting , but missing a lot .
1st when was the last time my concentrates were void of any black sands - never .
2nd less of an issue , because this looks , but using microscope to look for any gold that may have made it through the system .
would this work on a 300 ton per hour trommel?
Good job my friend 👍🙂🤝🇲🇾
i have been gold panning for 20 years. i started when i was 5 i am 25 now. i think i can handle a pan good enough to not loose any gold and do it quickly
pure genius bro
Hey, I will be in Ecuador & Chile from Early November to May to sell all over South America.
If you would like one sooner, I shipped a 3 foot long highbanker style to Chile for around 100 US Dollar & it took about 11 days in shipping.
Cam you set one of this direct in the river????
nice consept i will make one next dryseason in cameroon
How do i get one or make the box ?
I super dig this. Do you sell these?
do you have to keep moving the slate downward or is it at a set spot on the sluice
Does it also work with a dime next to sluice?
Where might one go to order this system set up ?
This looks great, hows it handle black sands, I like the concept with inline classifier ,like a bazooka gold trap, springs coming how does one email you?
Good job.!!!
@DarkenedJay- Works Like a Dream, It cant get any easier than this!
What is the width, height, depth, length ?
thanks from Turkey
Question: Can the gold be displaced if the flow of water going through the trap is to great or what I'm saying is could the helical flow of the water at a faster flowing rate cause the gold to come out of the trap. or is the flow controllable.
does rubys and other gemstones stay with the gold also ?
How can I buy one like that u sell them I need one asap
Hello again, so how do I find this underflow sluice and how much? We found 70,100 and 100+ mesh gold in Idaho springs and we had more 100+ mesh gold great color. I guess my question is would this underflow push it out or would it recover it? Whats our chance of a meet up or maybe you could demo it at our first coloradopirateminers club meeting in september. Thanks for all these great videos Kris Meese.
Are youall sure it works on beach sand because that's the main reason I'd like to have one. If its no good on beach sand I can't use it. Please help me with this one?
Brilliant .
Looks like the water speed has to be very precisely controlled.
Hi how can i order this equipment? thank you
Nice bro
Are these type of units for sale anywhere online
a couple questions if i may.do u always start with the materials at the bottom of the drop riffle ?how much gold did u ad to the material befor u started ? and finaly , have u ever looked at the consentrate sunder a microscope? becouse i have seen the gold u r not showing here as it is to fine to see with the un aided eye.this gold is washing right out of the sluce .its my opinion the only waqy to get that gold is with a chemical methode.thanks and thanks.
Chevelle Rocks! great tune at the end. So do your production models have a view window?
Yes all our products have the side windows to allow full visual control. Feel free to call or email us if you have additional questions!
I would like to order 5" model contact me silvesterweber@gmail.com
not alot. i am in gresham and the only place i have found anything is traveling south. little north fork on the santiam in marion county will produce small amounts of gold or you can travel a little further south to quartzville creek near sweet home and albany and find some but i have not had any luck near protland. you should go to the prospecting store on division called dk nugget and talk to the guys there
that was very cool
how is it with unclassified material?
hi i am interested in building one of those, I'd have the measurements? because I think the shipping to Argentina I would come out a little expensive or you could give me a quote with shipping included?
I dont know how many of them you will sell but if I was where I could go and find gold I would buy a couple, good Idea. Hope you have applied for a patent.
We set up a 5 gallon bucket off the end of the sluice and pan through the material to see if any made it through. If you see fine flour, re classify and re run your material at a lower water pressure. You can get near 100% recovery. -350 mesh is easy......-500 mesh and smaller requires a bit of knowledge and patience. You can get it all if you have the time. Our sluice is superior to any other design out there.
how u make it. can u send me a diagram or something on how u built it
Realy want one.
Thank You
I am working out Pricing for the Various sections of the Sluice system, Because it is designed for the miner, I have incorperated several choices so that you can customize a system to match your Gold collecting needs. Give me and idea of the type of material and Gold you feel you are to collect, and I will get you a reasonable pre production price quote.
Thanks for your interest
So what kind of prices will i be looking at if i choose to purchase one of your underflow sluices?
How much are these?
Are still selling your product or did you quit
2 questions...are they available yet? and pricing? I am very interested in a smaller one for processing classified cons primarily 1/4 and under at home. I am hoping for one asap as we are moving June 1 and I have limited time left in the Mtns! Any chance?
How much for machine
Here I posted above, a comment from a Prospector (Frank) that had purchased the exact system & from the same production timeframe. Where he,(as many other buyers), have entirely different productive results?
Why is this? Because the system truly works in the hands of adept individual.
This video was filmed with a hand held Canon Camera, with no special magic going on. What you see is real live footage - of a system when opperated reasonably properly will produce the same results.
Nice!
Another great design discovery, but a "machine" it is not as far as I could see. What was the inspiration, a house roof gutter?
With a few more videos of this thing in operation most prospectors will be making their own for sure, just like the $400 spiral wheel ripoff, a great design but ripoff price.
In any case, thanks for the inspiration.
Ölçülerini yazarmısın rica etsem
No flour gold in there?
Timelaps?
The cut in filming was due to the fact I filmed this with a hand held Cannon camera. In which did not do well on batteries life when filming in video mode. Also just a couple lengthy minutes of video could max out a SD card. Unfortunatly these two facts caused me at times to add new batteries or sd card while filming. Bummer, they were uncontroled stops in filming. Nothing more than a quick change of battery or card and I resumed the video. In live action.
I am looking forward to even more gold from the same source.Thank you for re-inventing the age old sluice,it really does exactly as it is advertised. Frank Rowland Somewhere in Louisiana A Very Satisfied Customer
