Thank you for this video, but there is no point in knowing all these reasons after the account is terminated, as in my case. I created an account just a week ago and uploaded up to 10 notebooks lined, unlined, and quad notebooks. Everything was unique. All covers and descriptions. But some of them had the same design (but different color) covers. And then I get this letter from them about closing the account. The reason was: "Examples include attempting to publish books that violate our Content Guidelines." They didn't even give me time to fix it. I just can't believe that 4-5 notebooks with simple lines and with simple(not stolen from competitors) covers could violate the amazon rules so seriously that they directly destroyed my account. Of course, I wrote them a polite letter, showing my understanding of all the difficulties of their work, admitting my mistakes. Although I honestly do not understand how several identical covers can cause me to be shot. I guess if I really stole someone's design, they would send Fur Seals to my house. And I politely asked them to give me the opportunity to correct myself. But so far they didn't even answer. In fact, I don't believe it makes any sense at all.
It's important to understand that Amazon has strict content guidelines and copyright policies to protect its customers and maintain its reputation as a reliable marketplace. It's possible that your notebooks, even with unique content, may have violated these guidelines in some way. However, it's also possible that there was a mistake or misunderstanding in the review process, and it's unfortunate that Amazon didn't give you an opportunity to fix any issues before terminating your account. It's good that you have reached out to them and explained your situation, and hopefully, they will respond and provide you with some answers.
Amazon KDP is ruthless. They will terminate your account for making a minor mistake.I only had a similar coloring book , bookcover and title . They blocked it. I changed the title and cover color. Keep in mind, all my Illustrations were original and not the same at all. Amazon then just terminated my account, even after I sent them the changes. BEWARE!!!

@@Quratulainkhokhar I just had my account terminated last night....yes you will get an email and bonus is they won't tell you why AND they keep all the royalties you accumulated. I still have no idea why they did this and am trying to find out. I only had 10 low/no content books published at this point. Some told me that one of the images I used looks to be trademarked (it was off of a cover that I paid to have done on Fiverr....if that is the reason I will be so pissed that I paid $150 to someone that got me kicked off the platform). Be very careful if you pay to have anything made. I assumed they checked their images etc.....wrong.

Same thing happened to me. No idea what happened. Uploaded 2notebooks and a planner. My account was open for less than a week.
