Wow, maybe this will help someone. I sat on the pillow, on the floor and leaned to the couch. I put warm socks and sweater on to feel warm. I put my hands together, rested them in my lap. And I was a piece of warm, not moving at all and at one point I stopped feel the borders of my body at all, only the warm feeling. A very unique feeling for me. Really cool, thank you
This was so incredibly deep because for the first time i meditated right after my movement practise. I will do this daily now. Thanks so much !! Turkey day2

Thank you very much for this. I love the binaural sounds, they feel amazing while breathing. May I recommend slower mic fade-ins and fade-outs during the practice and portions on speech? This could help a lot, especially while abrupt changes of background noise can be very apparent on headphones and had me wonder if the video is done already. Crossfades to some gentle white noise can be great, to cut out any outside nature chants. (: I'm excited for the other ones coming!!

Fastest 15 minutes ever. Happy New Year and thanks for posting this. Flo, I noticed some white noise in the audio. It stopped briefly a couple of times during the meditation. I'm not sure if it was meant to be that way or if it's my connection. It didn't bother me, but I thought I'd give you that feedback. Cheers.
Very lovely meditation. The white noise I found very distracting though, especially because sometimes it was very present, and other times completely gone.
I just wanted to say, thank you. Your UA-cam channel is amazing.. The quality of the videos, the montage, and especially Bre and Flo! Insanely good! You should have 7 billion subscribers, the world would be much better haha
This might be good for absolute beginners, and I might have an unpopular opinion. But I needed to stop my meditation after about 5 minutes, too much talking for me. This happened in a really good state with almost no thoughts coming up, tried twice. Maybe more pausing between guiding? But that's just me, will still try other videos and still love your yoga classes. Much love and peace 💜
Meditation reduces stress, anxiety, pain, and depression. There are also other numerous advantages a person can attain if he/she is in this state. Amazing, cannot wait to start this today! I moved from Europe to Perth in Australia this week and I'm currently in the first few days of a mandatory 14 day hotel quarantine, so this will help tremendously
I'm into the second time through the series but have found in recent days I feel more like I am drifting into sleep rather than meditating and have to keep rousing myself. That also makes it almost impossible to remember thoughts and right them down. Any tips on avoiding this please?

Did it daily, here i am back at day 1. Loving it! Meditation is making me so much more reflected and happy!

It was a bit distracting. Lovely and quiet when it stopped for a few moments.
