Everyone saying this attorney is an idiot and questioning why he is discussing her surgery...she is claiming to have been in extreme pain in her groin to where she couldn't walk days before the crime. Chuck is claiming that she straddled Marisela on her knees while stabbing her...that is tremendous pressure on the groin area. Whether you believe her or not, that line of questioning is meant to cast reasonable doubt on her physical ability to commit this crime, which it very much does. I'm not saying both her and Chuck aren't manipulative sociopaths, but there is plenty of reason for that line of questioning.
I’m actually believing her testimony much more over Charles allegations and claims. She has medical records showing she was actually on medication for severe pain & couldn’t even work so was she capable of doing the physical restraint of the young lady? Makes you wonder if he’s not trying to pin something on her of possibly what he did. The surgeries she had on her thighs would have not allowed her to actually straddle any one.

This woman worked her whole life and supported her grown children and brother until she said, I want to live my own life. She did not kick her kids and brother out, she paid the downpayment and did the legal work to house her grown-up children and grown-up brother and paid off her grown son's car payment to help him pay the rent. They are entitled to grown children and brothers. So now she wanted to live the life that she wanted. So they are prosecuting her on her lifestyle choice of a woman who was 58 years old.
