I am sharing your videos with young people I encounter that need financial help. Most of them spend weekly on takeout more than what you feed your entire family on.
They just can’t conceive of any other way and consider it a failure they can’t do takeout. Hopefully some will listen.

@@jillgott6567 correct! When I ask about meal prep they say they don’t know how. Plus, take out has gotten even more expensive and now it takes up a ridiculous part of their budgets.

I’ve been trying to save money on groceries and one of the things I’ve been reminding myself is that the food I’ve already purchased is money already spent, and rather than buying more food at the store I’ve been trying to make dinner from the pantry/freezer. I haven’t been as organized as I should have been, but this week went really well!

I like your videos because you are genuine . Mistakes happen, we all do the best we can so know your viewers appreciate you.
A can of Green Beans at Walmart is $.64. It is not 16 ounces . So, if you use a pound of green beans you could multiply $.64x 2 = $1.28 or $.32/ person.
My hair is thinning too I will try to use bone broth more often. Please update us on how it works for you.

I just love your videos! They are so uplifting and encouraging, and I always draw inspiration from them. Your content is so down to earth and homey, I feel as though I’m visiting an old friend. I did have one thought, if you add just a splash of vinegar to your bone broth while it’s cooking it will draw extra calcium out of the bones. Unless you really go crazy with it and add a lot, you’ll never taste it. ❤

Zucchini, potatoes, cooked ground meat and Velveeta cheese. I slice the potatoes and the zucchini and then fry them in a skillet once they are cooked through I add the cooked meat (usually leftover from something else). and the Velveeta put a lid on it and heat until the cheese is melted.

A multi and more protein made my hair super thick, healthy and soft/shiny. It took time. Women need at the very least 46g a day or your body starts to breakdown muscle, the more the better. I think a cup of some store bought bone broth is maybe 8g. A chicken breast is around 27g, for reference. I do an equate quinoa pea protein shake w fruit or pb every day. Boom, 30g! Collagen supplements go where needed most, regardless of the marketing on the label just fyi.

Hair loss = needs more protein and less carbs. You didnt mention if you liked the white enchiladas and the chili mac you made?? Were they delicious or just ok? I just usually use a box of mac and cheese and add either left over chili to it or a can of chili with beans (beans add protein) and there is meat in the chili too.
