You should just design the trekking pole to work as the chair extension for the back and neck support for the already popular helinox chair, I think people already have that kind of chairs would buy it
What you are saying is a great concept, but the parts may not last very long or take much weight before failure. It's a little more complex from a loads perspective, which is why we designed our own chair and have 2 US patents on it. The Helinox frame hub puts all of its leg and arm members in bending moment with the two "V" configuration. The loads on our frame allow the trekking pole to be mostly in axial compression and less on bending moment. Trekking poles do not like to be bent, especially carbon fiber ones. Unless what you are saying is to offer a replacement frame with poles to be used with the helinox seat? Which may be something to look into further. Awesome Comment!
