Perhaps this sounded way different at the actual concert... but is the sound guy taking a fucking nap or what is going on with the drums in this recording??? Is the snare even mic'ed up? For much of the concert the kicks sound like they're half timed but I can see both of his legs moving... he's not using triggers, so did one of his beaters fall off??? Good performance all around... but that mix is all over the place. Everyone loved to hate on Pete Sandoval for triggering his entire kit, but every time I saw him play with Morbid Angel you could hear his entire kit crystal clear. This is an all out disservice to an otherwise solid drummer.

the mix is going to sound all out of wack in the recording unless its all purposely set up for a live album
