Yes Pongal does come well with Millets (especially the sweet pongal). Instead of Cashew & Raisins, we can add finely cut pieces of coconut, dried sapota (chikoo fruit), dried jack fruit pieces & other Indian dried fruits which are native to India & grown organically! Even fried groundnut & channa (in Payasa) will taste well... This way we won't compromise on any tasty elements!

How you are making desi ghee? is it from cow milk? can you please explain a short
A2 milk is curdled and cream is collected from curd for a week . This cream is churned into butter and heated to get ghee at home .
