Colin is a one of a kind. A legend in the game. Theres only one Neil Warnock. I was one of the Burnley fans giving him an ovation the other week. He is a character and our game needs characters.👍
Swansea city fan here, have to say that Neil is one of the best Characters in football. I despised the fact he went to Cardiff for obvious reasons but have to say, have nothing but respect for the guy. I remember in my younger days when I was really starting to get into football and I was mesmerized with what he was doing with Sheffield United and the type of person he was. He is one of the finest, never thought I'd say this for an ex-cardiff manager but I really do wish him all the success... especially when huddersfield may even relegate cardiff if they continue the run they're on 😂
" Are you with me?" We always will be Neil, you are and always will be a LEGEND to me and thousands of Huddersfield Town fans. UTFT ! I also think that Jeppo deserves a huge amount of credit ,he's not mentioned too often and he won't be forgotten for his playing days at the club and how he looked after/nurtured young Andy Booth.
Job done, what a guy, incredible achievement got to love his love of the game and no surprise he gets the best out of his players, still charismatic and enthusiastic at 74 years old, Top Man.
I can remember as an argyle fan when he was first appointed. I was really excited for our future but unfortunately he fell out with our egotistical chairman we had at the time. First i noticed him was when he took notts county up to the old first division. Watched them demolish us 5-0 at meadow lane. So when he came i was well chuffed, plus he loved the area in cornwall down here as well. I thought he might have come back and managed here again but his success at a higher level and all the travel involved for our away games was always going to rule that out. Thought his style of football changed as his career blossomed. For us at the time we were pretty dour and direct but later as his career continued i thought his style became more freeflowing. Still very organised and disciplined tho. That always has been his teams main strength. Still comes to argyles home games now and again. Great character.
Never mentioned my team, beaten us loads of the years but I love him, brilliant manager. Deserved his ovation from the Burnley fans the other week, complete respect.
Very good interview. I really enjoyed that. I've always been a fan of Neil Warnock. Even before he came in and rescued the Millers a few years ago. I really hope he manages another Great Escape (so long as it isn't at our expense that )
Total respect for Neil Warnock, for what he has achieved in the game. Talks a lot of common sense. I wish he would talk more about his time as a player, rather than a manager, which seems to define him. I'm surprised he never mentions his time at Hartlepool, when he was instrumental in keeping the club in the Football League in 1972, in the clubs first and arguably greatest great escape.
You're staying up this season and will be safe before the last day too. I had those suspicions before we travelled to the John Smiths last weekend and actually thought we'd have more chance of getting something from Burnley than you, despite the bollocks the Bookies came out with. Neil is doing what he does; turning cloggers into battlers. He rocketed the Boro away from the drop zone into League One when he arrived, same with Rotherham before us, same with Palace before that...Bank on him to do the same with you lot. Which is actually good news for us from here on in too. Whallop the Blades to give us our sniff of the autos back, Blackburn to improve our chances if the playoffs beckon, Watford to dump on the man who singlehandedly shafted our season if Carrick doesn't get us there at all...oh and Sunderland too because...Well, they're Sunderland. After beating us in a Warnock tactical wizardry special you can smash these 4 right? Easy 👍
And there he goes again...20 odd % possession, 2-nil... When you're in the shit, he's the man to get in.😁 Pity about Blackburn coming back, but it's another point away from the crap. 👍
So Huddersfield Town's next game is against my favourite team Watford. Huddersfield Town have just won 4-2 against Middlesbrough.😦 Prediction: Watford 0-3 Huddersfield Town. We have saved so many team's seasons apart from our own season.😅 You're welcome.🤝⚽️
Niel known how to get results by killing games, stopping the oppersition and winding his players and fans up. He will keep Huddlesfield up for sure. He is his own best supporter. But hey if he succeeds good on him. Great entertainment.
Great interview with Warnock. If Huddersfield are to escape relegation Warnock is the right manager to orchestrate the escape. Best of luck Neil Warnock except for when the Terriers come up against the Blades. ⚔️UP THE BLADES ⚔️
As a Chelsea fan I felt bad for Cardiff fans when Azpi's offside goal was given against them and they went down, but that was truly karmic justice for Colin with the way his QPR team colluded with the ref against Chelsea. The opening 15-20 minutes QPR had a licence to kick Chelsea players in the air and the ref gave them zero protection. So the Chelsea players realised they had to stand up for themselves, and when they did the ref couldn't get the red cards out quick enough. So I was delighted that Colin got a fraction of the justice he deserved. There's no denying that he saved HTFC from relegation though. I think it's a similar achievement to Tuchel winning the CL with CFC. Chelsea's 2012 CL win was down mainly to Drogba and Cech, but there were so many players who played their part that it really was a squad effort. But Tuchel and Warnock deserve pretty much all the credit for what they did. I thank Colin for turning down CFC as well. If he'd have been our boss that would have meant no Glenn Hoddle. He did an okay job as CFC manager, but the signing of Ruud Gullit was the most important signing in Chelsea's history. Without Ruud and the transformation he brought, there would have been no Roman Abramovich at CFC and he'd have bought Spurs and wasted billions with nothing to show for it.
The only thing I'd dis-agree with in the entire interview....I went to that game and said afterwards " that's the worst I've seen Town play in my entire life (I'm 66 years old) ".... Luckily things have improved enormously since that BAD day.
The "interview at Derby" story doesn't add up. It was "a few years ago", but before he went to Plymouth. Plymouth hired Warnock in 1995 - to me that's slightly longer than "a few years ago". Derby were looking for a manager that year, but the manager that Derby brought in stayed there until 2001 - just a little over 3 months then... Interestingly, Nigel Pearson had a 4-month stint at Derby in 2016 after being given a 3 year contract, at the same time that Warnock was out of work after leaving Rotherham but prior to joining Cardiff. That's more likely. Makes you wonder how many of the stories that Warnock regularly tosses off in candid interviews like these are a series of half-truths just designed to make him seem far more open than he is.
If he keeps us up the man deserves a statue🔵⚪️
Keep you up and send the scum down. (Cardiff) please
Yeah he does spot on !! He hasn’t had eight promotions for nowt he’s top class especially with rocket Ronnie by his side 👍
You'd best start ringing around those stonemasons then mate.
Undoubtedly so
We're staying up. UTT

Did Boothy ever tell the tale of how the Cowshed eee-awed him when he skied his shot in the half-time shoot out?
Could listen to David Prutton all day, such a legend. Loved this interview and all the others he has done. Prutton legend
Woahhh what an incredible interview with the legend himself NWBA!!! UTT 💙 I LOVE YOU NEIL!
True to his word! Eternal thanks Mr Warnock. Restoring belief in a squad that was (for many) down and out. Wow! Now I do believe in miracles...
I could listen to Neil all day long,he’s got so many stories and tales to tell,a real football man.
Job done, what a guy, incredible achievement got to love his love of the game and no surprise he gets the best out of his players, still charismatic and enthusiastic at 74 years old, Top Man.
Spent some time with Neil at work the other week, proper genuine bloke, no different in person as he is in interviews. Good luck for the season lad

Huddersfield stayed up 9 points clear of the bottom 3. What a guy!
He's, a hero, every day, even if we eventually slide down to League One.
I Wish him the very best from a Boro fan.
So Huddersfield Town's next game is against my favourite team Watford.
Huddersfield Town have just won 4-2 against Middlesbrough.😦
Prediction: Watford 0-3 Huddersfield Town.
We have saved so many team's seasons apart from our own season.😅

They beat us off the back of defeating Millwall at the Den too which is no mean feat.
I hope we can win 3-0😂
No chance 😂😂😂

What a character, game needs more like him
A legend of the game . Why does no one ask him about his beef with Stan Ternent ? Leaves me disappointed every time .
Niel known how to get results by killing games, stopping the oppersition and winding his players and fans up.

give it a rest
I believe he was interviewed by Lionel Pickering in the summer of 1995 before Jim Smith got the job a few months later.
@@dinzehhh
Why ?
Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story
Shut up you deluded prick you know nothing about football
Just out of curiosity, how many years is "a few years ago"?
This man is bad for football the sooner he’s out the game & gone for good the better
From an 🦉 Colin is top notch 👍
Useless
got us out of the relegation zone somebody’s salty 😂
Took us on 7 points adrift, horrible run in and we are safe with a game to spare ...useless lol u need to look in the mirror
Now he’s here for 1 more year💙🤍
Are you with me bless 😂
