    Thank you for brightening my day, as well as encouraging a miniaturist to think uniquely. I loved the 'what are you keeping that for?' bag comment. LOL😄

    It's so hard to wait for the drying time to go by. I get so anxious to get to the next step. Thanks for leaving in your experiments. Some folks are so caught up in the perfection of the finished project that they skip over the creative process that got them there. You make everything look like anyone could do the same as you. Creativity is messy.

      @littlegretchensworkshop7665  Рік тому +2

      Patricia it's TRUE the Creative process is MESSY! I start out neat and orderly but as I move through the process it looks more like chaos! The experiments are the real creative process! Many times I try ti edit out the "Chaos of my thought process", because thought no one wants to see that. Thank you for your feedback and letting me know you like that part.

    Amazing, what an eye and mind you have for detail and possibilities! For one thing, I never would have thought of a slanted tub back then. Also, this brings back a fond memory: in my grandmother's old bungalow, the plumbers actually put the red and blue faucet handles the wrong way around, I always had to remember they were on backwards! I guess we all got used to it. Thanks again for another marvelous video!

      When I was growing up, the half-bath off my parents bedroom had the hot and cold faucets reversed. It was hard to remember that cold water was on the left and hot water on the right, even though the handles were labeled correctly. 🤪😄

    Just amazing! Love watching you play while listening to your thoughts and ideas! It turned out great and I am excited to watch your distressing/aging process in an upcoming video.
    If you’re taking suggestions for video ideas, I would love to see how you organize and store your various treasures to use … those things that we simply cannot throw away because we know that one day we will use them in our designs and creations. The organization/storage of these types of items is such a challenge for me (and others?). I would so appreciate your sharing how you are able to keep things handy and easy to use. Thanks as always! Kathleen

    Dang!!!
    You are working overtime creatively, and having so much fun doing it! I've seen people try to make something like your tub and while they are nice, they lack the details, can't seem to say that enough. They just make scenes come alive and make sense, like you said! I find myself saving things, in fact, the other day my father said I'm acting like my mother 😂 then my mother said I was being worse than she is 🤣

    I know what that piece is that you used for a faucet! It's from the Chrysnbon bathroom kit. It's a valve that attaches to the steam radiator and sits on the floor.
    I love how this turned out! I wonder how many pieces of trash plastic us creative people have kept out of the landfill and ocean.

    I just love your videos. I look forward to them. Your work is amazing. I have a question for you, if you don't mind. Are you familiar with the Tennyson doll house? I am working on it and applying lots of ideas from your videos from curtains, flooring and making cabinets, and food. But, I need more rooms to the house. Mrs. Doll is demanding a bigger kitchen. I am scared to add on, because I don't know how. Any tips please to adding on more rooms downstairs and upstairs? Using the templates on the brown bags for floors was such a great idea!. Have a blessed day, and thank you for all your videos. I love them.

      Thank you ! Stephanie I'm so glad you find my videos helpful! Yes i am familiar with the Tennyson dollhouse. You can definitely add on or expand it. You can to an addition with foam board/ foam core. It goes by different names but it's what i used to create the wall/ doorway between the pantry and laundry room. Its sturdy and easy to cut with craft knife. Just duplicate the existing structure. Create 2 foam board boxes to match current house stack them for upstairs and downstairs. I would expand on the side opposite to the porch so you can keep your porch. I hope this helps let me know. Also Stephanie , you can reach me in Chat on Little Gretchen's FB page if you need more help. Let me know how it goes.
