I'm not sure what you meant. But if you are thinking of doing a live edit while shooting with multiple cameras, yes you can do that. Some wedding videographers use as much as 5 cameras to edit on site. It will be tricky for short films but it is doable.
I haven't tried it/ We stick to one frame rate so we minimize any trouble that might occur when using different frame rates but I think it can be done.

I bought this switcher model a few days ago and found it to be quite acceptable for the price. the only thing I can't do is change the time of the clock, apparently it needs a software that I can't find on the manufacturer's website, in addition to synchronizing it via IP, do you have it? I'm so sorry I also don't have that software. You might get it at Devicewell website.
the switcher looks like a copy of the atem mini. Perhaps it is illigal use of atem hardware and then maybe the atem software will work for it

Yes I have used it with OBS. This will eliminate the need for multiple video cards.
