OH MY GOSH LOL this workout killed me! Loved it though. I love how Claudia's hair is all messed up at the end lol I look the same. So many workout videos show the women looking like they didn't even workout lol their hair is in place and look perfect but Claudia is keeping it real! Love it!

What do y'all recommend for me I have a some what flat belly but I have love handles. What can I do that will just work love handles quick?!
Diet. Dialing in your nutrition, focusing on lean proteins, vegetables, carbs from whole food sources and overall a calorie deficit will help you shed fat more than a workout. Also, there is no quick solution. Sustainable weight loss takes patience, persistence, and consistency.

How do I make it so that my neck doesn't hurt? Cuz after doing this my shoulder and neck were sore so I think I might've been doing something wrong... pls help😫
Its is pretty common for the neck muscles to get in a good burn if you're not used to these types ab exercises. It's ok, you're not doing anything wrong.
