I hope this doesn’t come across as rude, but it’s worth noting that there are many indigen0us(meaning not the result of a col0 nial population) people in (North) Africa with very pale/ fair skin, blond hair, or even red hair, my own family included. Im a Berber or Amazigh from Melilla. While I’m certain your intentions are sincere, this kind of phrasing could unintentionally perpetuate this stereotype of Africa as one homogenous ethnostate where everyone looks, speaks, and behaves the same or one big cluster.
