@Annie GetYourGun I have a problem from my right hand hip down to the knee. The doctor suggested that I do a knee replacement in 2012 which I refused. When I read Scriptures Mark 9: 29 and Luke 13: 10 - 13 I always hope that through Jesus Christ.. I listened to SP JF talking about Fasting - being hunger for Christ. I use what Jesus said to the devil in Matthew 4:4 “it is written: man shall not live by bread alone...” you can add “snacks” alone 😅 or psalm 28:7 “the Lord is my strength...” these have helped in ways you will be surprised.
