My son was facing 5 years in prison as a first time offender, an incident where he used a weapon (knife) to defend his sister at a bus stop. After the 1st arraignment, as I was leaving the courthouse and they took my son into custody, the holy spirit told me to fast. Heavy hearted and broken, I went on to praise team practice like I did every Thursday. It was confirmed to me to fast through a sister when I got there. The holy spirit told me to fast until my sons next court date and I did. It ended up being 9 days, no food only water! At my sons court hearing he was released, adjudication was withheld, 30hrs community service and anger management counseling and that was it. The state attorney was pissed BUT GOD! No matter the situation, fasting breaks the strongest strongholds in your life. The spiritual experiences I had during the fast were so powerful. I read the bible, listened to inspirational gospel music. It got so intimate with God. Fasting is the key to get closer and get breakthroughs.

Im on the keto diet. I fast for 22 out of 24 hours per day. I am watching this video to ask God for help me continue to practice self control so I can inspire others people. I have lost 65 pounds in 6 months and my thyroid medication dosage has been cut in half. I'm no longer borderline diabetic, my cholesterol is finally normal and I feel great. I want to make sure I praise God in Jesus's name while fasting and pray for others who in a life or death situation with health problems that they may find the strength to turn away from unhealthy, unholy food and drink.
My last 3 fast the devil really fought me 2 or the last 3 was water only with the last day a little coffee but so much came against me but I really received so much more knowledge! For people who want to understand Fasting, just read your bible. Mark 9 talks about Jesus casting out a demon out of a man who was deaf and blind. When Jesus cast the demon out, the man died, but Jesus laid hands on him and brought him back to life. His disciples could not cast out this demon and they asked Jesus. The first time I did this fast was January 2019. I felt such a closeness to God that I didn't want it to end on day 21. But as usual over time I went back to my old habits. In Tanzania🇹🇿 our president announced national prayer to ask God to get rid of COVID 19 in our country...it was 3day prayer and last day our president Magufuli went to church with offering to thank God for healing our country from the virus. A week later new cases started to drop and patients at the facilities decreased as well. Life has currently resumed almost 100%. I believe God healed our country. Glory to God

Im on the keto diet. I fast for 22 out of 24 hours per day. I am watching this video to ask God for help me continue to practice self control so I can inspire others people. I have lost 65 pounds in 6 months and my thyroid medication dosage has been cut in half. I'm no longer borderline diabetic, my cholesterol is finally normal and I feel great. I want to make sure I praise God in Jesus's name while fasting and pray for others who in a life or death situation with health problems that they may find the strength to turn away from unhealthy, unholy food and drink.

My last 3 fast the devil really fought me 2 or the last 3 was water only with the last day a little coffee but so much came against me but I really received so much more knowledge! Years ago I was fasting and wanting to get closer to GOD and was healed from IBS , the bible says to seek GOD and all things will be added to you , and that is what has happened for me !! GODBLESS

It's December 2023 and He is still a way maker. His love endures ♾️ There's something that speaks to me about these old videos because they are not content based in my opinion. I feel renewed and Reedem'd after watching an 8th and now a 11th year old video of the Lord's gospel. I felt lazy and down for days even after watching my usual online sermons but right now at this moment I am feeling a supernatural energy which came through this Word of God.

Hello everyone, so true! Not so long ago, i asked myself how could i thank God for all the blessings He 's done for me so far, what could I do? Then I heard a voice saying GO ON A FAST! So i decided to go on a 21day fasting, off sugar so to mention, to thank God. And everytime i was tempted, i remembered myself why i decided to go on this fast. A' d i succeeded, it was the longest fast i ever did. He is so loving that He even guides us for our own good when we ask to thank Him. ❤🎉❤

For people who want to understand Fasting, just read your bible. Mark 9 talks about Jesus casting out a demon out of a man who was deaf and blind. When Jesus cast the demon out, the man died, but Jesus laid hands on him and brought him back to life. His disciples could not cast out this demon and they asked Jesus. This is what the bible says..."And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting" Mark 9:29. If you want to come to a new level in your relationship with God and break the bonds that are holding you back, enter into fasting and prayer. We serve a powerful and mighty God. There is nothing here on Earth to hold the power of God and His will for your life. The catch is we have to be willing. God will answer you.

When I try to fast and pray I ask God Lord I want to know you who really you are 2 months ago, I recognize that there is someone who keep talking to me I can hear spirit voice sometime he call my name even no one beside me.
At the those time when I lay down I was spoke and ask who really you are keep talking to me? A loud Voice was answered " I am the Anointed Rock " after I heard I get up from bed and my tears in my eyes and I say Thank you for hearing for prayers Lord now I know you are, you are truly a living God. Till now I keep and do more closer to God through prayer and fasting. HALLELUJAH !

The first time I did this fast was January 2019. I felt such a closeness to God that I didn't want it to end on day 21. But as usual over time I went back to my old habits. I love Jesus and this time I'm fasting for Him to show me my assignment. Before Jesus began His earthly ministry He fasted and prayed and so will I. I know God has work for me to do so I will set aside time to hear form Him.

Amen...don't underestimate power of prayer and fasting. In Tanzania🇹🇿 our president announced national prayer to ask God to get rid of COVID 19 in our country...it was 3day prayer and last day our president Magufuli went to church with offering to thank God for healing our country from the virus. A week later new cases started to drop and patients at the facilities decreased as well. Life has currently resumed almost 100%. I believe God healed our country. Glory to God

I wasn't fasting yesterday but didn't have the chance to eat until work break which is 1:00pm. and throughout the morning, i felt weak, dizzy and hungry.
