The Heybike is great - as long as it works. As soon as it stops working you're left with an expensive boat anchor. Heybike offers no out-of-warranty support of their product so, essentially you're buying a product that has a product-life-span of two years and then it becomes landfill.
You have been talking about this bike for awhile, im glad to finally see it. not bad for $1000 for a simple commuter e-bike, how heavy is the entire back?
I bought one. Great on PAS 1 and 2, but ghost peddling on PAS 3. Disappointing. The obvious solution is a rear sprocket change, too bad they didn't do this in production. Bought a gel cushion for seat, actually had gel before owning bike. Pressing on brake activates rear light to blink. I like that, like a motorcycle. Paid $799 shipped. Well worth it. I also weigh 230 so the heavier you are the bike battery lasts differently. I think their claims on distance are exaggerated or with a test noodle at 110 pounds. I love the handle bars, very adjustable and can configure for your specific comfortable angle. VERY heavy. If you have to lift upstairs that will give you a better workout than the ride!
Hey Adam great video of the bike, I was getting a little crazy with all the phone videos like 2-3 a day it was getting a little play out no offense, but thank you for your knowledge of all things thanks your friendly neighborhood Doorman william from NJ Forgettaboutit lol 😆
Terrible customer service. My bike arrived damaged. Heybike expects me to fix it myself. They will send the part but I need to fix it myself. You will need to learn to be a bike mechanic to fix any problems or pay someone to do it for you.

Don't waist your money. The bike is rusting as it came out the parcel. The battery lock broke withing weeks and the service is terrible. Be prepared to have to deal with a Chinese team that does not talk to each other and asks the same stupide questions over and over to wear you out so they don't have to do anything.
Try level 5 and you will get 20mph or 35 kmph , not advertised for 25mph but 20mph. Will get 40 to 50 miles on one full charge
Nice looking bike would love one price not bad either nice content as always congratulations on your 90k well deserved 🥇😎🇮🇪

Does it only have a lifespan of two years? I want to know because I really want to buy one
@@alanaragon7655 Hey, why don't you buy mine? $400 and it's yours, you pay the shipping.
@@E-BikingAdventures Thanks for your help, bubba!
@@E-BikingAdventures I'm in Santa Fe, NM. Are you anywhere close?
Or less than 6 weeks as my battery lock came out in pieces and even after 4 months not new battery despite my 4 year extra warranties.
I have a Heybike Citybike and really love it.

It’s VERY back heavy! I’m having tire issues with this bike and carrying it home by the back end is in the heart attack inducing level
Heavy. It is hard to even turn on it.
@ 6' 230lbs - How far did you get from full charge ?
about 16 miles.

Thanks for your video! I have a question, how does it feel to pedal on a dead battery? Is the bike still ridable?
You can pedal but it's not easy
I laughed my butt off how you paid for your "actor" services in this video. Does having thick tires on E-Bikes make the range lower?
Not necessarily. A lot depends on the motor. Lol. Thankfully my son works for fast food.
@@TechOdyssey hahaha
“Actor was paid with McDonald’s” 😭😂 2:05
I know this is unrelated @techodyssey but are you planning to make a video about the unihertz Titan slim since the Kickstarter launch?
It wasn't impressive in pre release video

My throttle doesn’t seem to work and the tires and tubes are crap.
How long have you had it?
Since April. It’s well within warranty but it doesn’t cover tires. I also have had issues with the steering coming loose.
I need technical support not getting it
They are in China. Good luck waking them up.
Sounds good.
