Build is at 11:20 but tbh it's not that much different from the Aerith build
And yes Sephiroth did manage to leech my damage because of bad RNG
This is gonna be the last ff7 Rebirth build video and maybe the upcoming Zack/Cloud one, gonna go prepare to play Dragons Dodogama 2
You bullied everybody though. This is impressive. The most dominate showing on this fight I’ve seen yet. Great job
This is my personal favourite build in the game.. I wasn’t a big fan of Yuffie for most of the game (simply didn’t want to learn her I guess) but then I did and haven’t stopped playing her whenever possible since. She has an option / answer for pretty much ever scenario and the play style is fast and satisfying. Had it not been for the cactuar mini game I probably would have missed out!
Yuffie is the fastest in the game.

ive seen like multiple different aerith builds on how to beat this fast but they always off putting for me cus you go whole game with Cloud then have to change playstyle this was way more normal of a playstyle/build havin Cloud in party still using him and yuffie as the mage and it helped me alot to beat this thanks for the upload!

I thought it was super hard to got to sephiroth and died coup;le times made me feel defeated but I did the Yuffie Cheese where you do the substitute jutsu thing in a atb ward and Aeerith uses magic to just nuke all of them and once u get down that method u can beat the whole challenge in like 6 minutes if U want help or to try ever let me know I can message you the builds and technique to use
I read the commenta for like 10secs and the first match was over. Meanwhile, I'm getting destroyed by nibel wolves in main game at level 47 on dynamic difficulty 1st run through...
I wish they added Sephiroth and Zack playable for this challenge! I'm so eager to see Sephy mirror match!

I keep getting destroyed in round 3! Ugh! I don't know what to do...im trying different builds but keep getting nuked. I'll keep trying though. Lol
My advice would be just to focus on looking at Odin -- If you see a TEXT BOX appear on the corner of the screen or from Alexander then you focus on dodging his attacks

god please help me I am so fucking close to smashing my ps5 into a million pieces I just cannot understand why Sephiroth doesn't act the same way in my game. I have never once succesfully set up the combo. He just keeps fucking stopping everything and spamming shadow chains. I successfully was able to manawall through two Octoslashes but he just wouldn't fucking stop flying back and forth across the arena at instant speed interupting every single ward. I'm literally on the verge of fucking tears because I am following every guide down to every minute fucking detail and its just not fucking working. I swear to god I am literally frame for frame perfectly matching every single action I see in these guides and Sephiroth just will not fucking stop no matter what I do.
For shadowy chains it's just really bad RNG sometimes - so you really have to keep manawall up as much as possible - and an easy way to parry the attack is by making sure that all of your characters are not gathered in one spot eg: Cloud is on North - Yuffie on West - Tifa on East so you'll know who he's going to target - next step is to just stay abit close - close enough that you'll have enough reaction time as soon as his body moves you can just parry instantly.. It's a really annoying fight ngl - BTW casting Firaga makes sephiroth fly no matter so if you can get everybody to cast Firaga you can soft lock him
Kinda wished they just let you have spehiroth and Zack in the combat sim fully, like why said I unlocked them but I still gotta unlock em? I wanna do the op shenanigans, but this definitely is something Im gonna try out cuz omg I never seen Odin just get insta staggered like that
Wish i knew you could just punisher counter the sephiroth chains all this time instead of playing a full tanky barret/ red team with cloud & face tanking each octo slash with mana walls, steel skins , lifesavers 😔💔
To be fair when I was still learning the fight I did the Barret taking all the damage thing haha!
Holly molly... this is no BS fight I've seen so far! I didn't believe the real practical fight could beat this. Bravo man!
Would you say this build is also good for the hard mode for the story mode?
I'd say if you see how you can destroy all Summons like they are Paper... I guess you could say you will destroy everything in the game with that double quick :D
Realistically, Magic Cloud build is better in every scenario aside from this particular mission. Rune Blade plus Boxcrusher Keychain steamrolls Hard Mode, Cloud basically has unlimited MP as you stagger enemies and get MP/HP replenished every time.
@@RimuruSolosYourMultiversehow would you build mage cloud materia wise? Btw slipstream also has trade-off.
This build is pretty good for hard mode story but like rimuru said cloud mage is better since he has mp stagger and high magic, can just buldoze everything if he has genji gloves

Weapon: Rune Blade
Armor: Cetran Bracer
Accessory: Boxcrusher Keychain
Materia (assuming you have 14 slots available) : Magnify+Fire and Ice, Enemy Skill(for the additional stats), Magic Up, MP Up, First Strike, Elemental Materia+Fire, Healing Materia, Revival Materia, Time Materia, ATB boost(could swap for Steadfast Block) Lightning and Wind, Precision Defense.
Weapon Skills: Magic Attack +20, Stagger Recovery(stacks with Boxcrusher accessory) ATB Charge Rate, last one is whatever you prefer.
With this setup you generate 24MP everytime you stagger the enemy (which usually happens with a single cast of Blizzara) not to mention never needing to heal because of the HP regen.
You run around one shotting/staggering mobs with a single Blizzara cast. For Bosses Aerith Arcane Ward Cloud, other party member Magnify+Empowerment materia to Faith whole party and go nuts with LV3 magic spells, if Aerith is built correctly she can hit for over 50k damage on a elemental weakness with Tifa on team+Genji gloves equipped.
Gilgamesh just casually carries the Buster Sword and Masamune on him 😂
Looks doable with Level 8 weapons, going to try it now. I had reached Sephiroth with the Aerith build, but I feel she is such a dead weight. Looks like Yuffie gets her role as mage nuke and she's also not useless either.
How'd you have Bahamut just, not stay up your ass the entire fight? I can't do anything there because they both target Cloud and nuke him down from the jump.
usually I just use my long range character to bait bahamut away from cloud, that's it, same works for gilgamesh AI in this game is pretty easy to trick

Only the long range attacks and melee aoes like titan stomp and thruster spin

@@neosaber4 r1 + circle or x, it counters normally un-parryable attacks like long range attacks or melee aoe's (like titans stomp or bahamuts thruster spin)

I reached this stage of the brutal challenges should I do this first or hard mode replay? Also where to farm materia xp?
i would suggest doing hard mode first, this is the hardest of the hardest content better to have all the max materia you need before fighting, Southern Gongaga apparently is a good spot, never tried it I didn't do much farming haha
This looks easier then the Aerith build, yuffie can kite and build atb like crazy
Not to mention the amount of pressure + stagger build up she does in insane

of course I need to level up my strength materia, HP and MP , cause mine are all level 3 out of 5

Yup usually people recommend to max out the majority of your materia before you go for these challenges it’ll help tremendously
And just like any combat focused game there’s always a way to cheese fights (which is a good thing imo)
Main thing that helped here is atb boost skill + haste + magnify materia so party members can easily gain atb without having to control all of them constantly. Use yuffie as spell caster for elemental weaknesses + doppelgänger which is BROKEN
Cloud with darkside and prime mode to absolutely shred bosses especially with haste equipped. And tifa just on a physical build from what I can see.
The grind is a pain but it's really necessary ESPECIALLY the elemental materia for this fights..
Will this build work on all the brutal fights or just world enders?
it will work with any that has a 3 man party

Yuffie use fire when he drain fire to force him use Firaga on Yuffie right?
I just got used to blocking him i guess, imo he has alot of obvious tells on his attacks, gilgamesh is way harder to block
You just have to read shadowy chains. You get used to it after a few rounds. Main issue is when you can't identify who he's targeting if the other two characters are in the same general direction.
Why sephiroth attack only cloud?
Usually attacks who you're controlling.

Yep but mostly i use that when i have to switch over to a different character like in the gilgamesh fight
can you swap cloud and tifa build?
Yep! Honestly it's a WAY better option for faster clears and higher (and I mean way higher) dps.. I just suck at using Tifa

Why you have 6 materia slots and 4 weapons skills on Tifas Kaiser Knuckles ? Mine has 5 and 3 each . Am I missing something
