Winged Eyeliner With Angled Brush

In this video I'm showing how I love to do a winged liner with a brush. The tinier the angled brush, the better your winged eye look will be. Winged liner can be achieved with many tools, but I find the easiest way is to line with an angled brush. I hope this video is helpful.
