- St. Jacques Spice Cookies
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cups gluten free baking flour
1/2 teaspoon each of cardamom, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup currants
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 cup oil (olive, sesame or coconut)
1/2 cup maple syrup
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine oatmeal and nuts in blender and blend. Add all other dry ingredients and blend again. Combine all wet ingredients together and then add the dry ingredients to this. Shape into cookies using your hands. Sort of like hockey pucks with rounded sides. You should be able to get 12 cookies from this recipe. Size each cookies to get 12 from this mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, take out of oven and allow to cool.

Hello Wendy hope all is well! I am listening to you (love these stories) while I wash dishes and when you said people would stare or act put off when they saw her (Bree ) really disappointed me.I am 62 years old and you would think people had some sort of common sense. No, there are those that just don't. It never ceases to amaze me that someone will show up to the party wearing the ass hat. And when you said "don't get sick" you nailed it because no one lives forever and chances are the older you get the more medical issues and situations will present themselves in that person's life or some one closely related to them. We all have challenges .
Oh I forgot to tell you!! I have been on the Ion Biome for about 4 months. It is not like anything else I have taken. You were so right and the difference is amazing. I never want to be without so I got it on Auto-Delivery. This really is a game changer. I appreciate all that you teach us. The biggest difference is in the amount of energy I have..
