I always have trouble making my own jerky. I've never been able to get that same moist content that big companies get. Home-made jerky tends to be harder.

Compared to Turkey Jerky which I had never tried, beef jerky taste bad in my opinion it surprised me how good Turkey jerky is, anybody that would like to try it I recommend! 😍 I always buy it at dollar tree
