Have to agree with the customer service comments. The tail light felt out after a month of use due to the cracked plastic around the screws. I asked Oracle for a replacement and their answer is our products do not have defects, the screws must've been too tight which voids your warranty! I read about the over tightening problem and actually made sure to barely tighten the screws during installation so that's a complete BS.
Oracle makes a solid product but they have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered their Halo headlights for my gladiator, in which one came with a wiring issue. Took close to a dozen phone calls/ emails (with them requiring me to provide video evidence that the headlights were actually broken) and then 2 months to get them replaced. The headlights do work great but I’ll be damned if I said their customer service was remotely friendly or helpful.
I'm on the jeep gladiator forum and lots of people on there're having problems with these like cracking or falling off they say it's from not torque them down to tight or not tight enough plus like said below me poor customer service 😒
I installed these on my 2021 Jeep gladiator. Now I have a warning light that comes on saying tail light out. I already had factory LED tail lights on before swapping these out.. Tail lights are working just fine, but I still have the warning lights on. Any ideas why?
Are they in stock? Many Oracle products have a 2-4 month wait because of the supply chain management issues the country is encountering. This sucks when they don't tell you until after you pay for them.
The lights will generate "Turn Signal Lights Out" error on the Gladiator. I contacted Oracle who told me the only way to get rid of it is by reprogramming the JT with a $300 Tazer. They are "supposedly" working on a version that will not require a Tazer. To me it sounds like they rushed the product to market too soon and will soon get swamped with returns!
I got these as part of the first batch. Unfortunately, not true plug and play. Needs programmer or submit a request for additional resistor from Oracle. I used JScan.
If your JT came with factory LED, yes, this is the case, programmer is required. If you had factory halogen, the included resistors allow them to work properly without programming.
@@JRobes34 There's still an issue on some of the halogens. They've got a web page to request additional 10W resistors for the reverse lights not staying on.
don’t buy this i so disappoint. no one talking about the gap around this light. yes looks good. but stuff go inside of the light all around , especially whether. is BAD for the $ like i say. yes looks very good but for the $ to much. check for more options no to many but all terrain and quadratec has couple options
Yeah but they don’t offer the same surface area as the stock tail lights so from a distance they’re not well seen when people are behind you I will stick with my OEM LEDs
Lol, I guess you haven't seen them in person. The tail light at night is thicker than the stock LED's and they are way brighter. You can see them a lot further away than stock.

I really like the way you explain fast clearly things I’d wish to have a Jeep as well
Great video thanks 4 info

They look awesome!
I got mine before Christmas. The backup lights are bad ass!
Hey Rob, get the race tailgate light back in stock please. They are worth the $500
Just waiting on stock from Oracle! We agree the racetrack light is AWESOME!
looking like f-150 tail lights
hope they make a set for the JL someday
Like 100% first thing I thought when I saw em. Totally ruins the design of the truck. Just pop em off on the trail it takes a minute each way.

Be awesome if you could actually get them! I ordered mine in December before christmas and am still waiting on them to show up.

Pretty nice.
Be prepared to to wait >30 days for delivery -- UPDATE: ordered 12/30, backorder with ETA 1st week of March.......
Has Oracle fixed the taillight out warning issue?
Why even do a video if they're out of stock basically until the heat death of the universe?
Are they in stock?

I have carpel tunnel from whacking off my taillights
these resistors never stick and break causing issues

@@ftterlve yes, the fix is coming though.
I'd got with the factory LED. Those look way better than these.
Do they have these for the JL?
yes and there even more flush
Whacking off a taillight wouldn’t be something I would do..🤔
Look good but very pricey
My man said Incase you "whack off a tail light " 🤣🤣🤣🤣 none of y'all picked up on that
