I used to sleep for only 4 hours for like two years and work two jobs I can tell you it really catches up to you later on in life …can’t keep that up forever you’ll shorten your life span .about sacrifice forget every day that has a name on it …thanksgiving,birthday,Christmas,New Years it’s just another day keeping the grind
